personality: salem easily could be described as inapproachable. having a short temper, he tends to be pretty blunt and witty with his words. he does prefer silence and solitude so he isn't afraid to distance himself and create boundaries, although there seems to be a few people who slips between the cracks and gains salem's trust and respect. salem, although still not outwardly sweet, is more toned down, compassionate, and protective towards his friends and family and his temper turns into more playful banter. surprisingly though, salem can actually be quite shy and sometimes he doesn't exactly know what to do in some situations, causing him to shut down.
