NATALIE AND MASON LOOKED AROUND the room that the party was taking place in. Natalie was getting pushed around, people drunk even when they're around 15.

"We should not be here." Natalie said.

"Come on, Nat. I'm bored and still not tired, stop being so cranky." Mason said and grabbed her waist, pulling her into the party.

Natalie gasped as he pulled her along, blushing but it obviously wasn't visible in the flashing lights.

"Mason, seriously, we should not be here." Natalie said and grabbed Masons hand that was on her waist, pushing it off but still holding it.

"Natalie, I swear we'll be okay." Mason said and dragged her over to the food table. They both started sweating even though they were wearing shorts and t-shirts, peoples hot breath filling the room. Do people brush their teeth these days?

"Ooh, brownies." Natalie finally stopped being paranoid, she cut one and ate it, Mason drinking some fruit punch.

"Mason, that was probably spiked, you idiot." Natalie said and took the cup from his hands to stop him from refilling it.

"It doesn't taste like it's spiked. Come on, stop being so worried. I love you, but your being so paranoid." Mason said and took the cup back, refilling it.

"Yeah, I love you too, so that's why I'd like you to stop drinking that obviously spiked fruit punch." Natalie said and felt her phone buzz.
