Confusion

a few days later i am in my room and i hear vicki, jeremy, matt, Elena and Stefan talking or something. I go down to look what's going on and i see vicki walking fast out of the house and everyone following her.
She must be on drugs again.

Later i hear the door ring and i'm about to go down bit Elena already opened it

*With Elena*
I opened the door and it's damon
„Jeremy go upstairs" i say
„you're afraid of me, i'm gonna guess. Stefan finally fessed up" he says
„Stay away from me" i say
„hey there is no need to be rude i just wanna talk to Liv" he says
Why would he want to talk to Liv? does she know
„Don't come near her" i say
„Well, then i'll talk to her later, have you seen stefan" he says
„he's out looking for vicki" i say and he goes

*With Liv*
„Liv"
„Damon"
„I'm sorry, Stefan gave me vervain and locked me up and took my ring. I couldn't come" he says
„It's okay, you look bad are you okay?" i say
„I'll be fine, but i should tell you Vicki turned into a vampire" he says
„What" i say
„Yes, but don't worry me and Stefan are gonna look for her" he says
„Alright, good" i say
„I never answered your question, do you wanna go out and i'll answer" he says
„um yeah" i say

We go out and walk
„She didn't die, a witch named Emily did a spell for all the vampires in the tomb, it was like a shield from the fire. But now everyone of them is dry and they can't come out without a spell"
„You wanna get her out?" i ask
then he turns to le and looks me in the eyes
„I want revenge, liv" he says
„What do you mean" i say
„I want revenge on the people that wanted to burn them, I wanna get every vampire out and do revenge" he says
„Damon"
„I know i-"
„Damon it's been a century, the people you are looking for are already dead"
„But not their descendants"
„But they didn't do anything, they're innocent.
Why should they suffer for something that happened 145 years ago, without them being even alive"
He puts his hand on my cheek
"You're so good, Liv"
"No i'm not, i'm just realistic"
"Okay, if i tell you i just wanna get Katherine out, won't you be mad anymore?"
"Well, that's better than the first plan so, yes"
"I just wanna get Katherine out"
I laugh and he also laughs but then i stop and say
"Don't do it, Damon. It's gonna bring you satisfaction for a moment but then you'll be as empty again as before" i say
"you're really smart, pretty kid."
"I know"

"I don't understand why i have to stay cooped up here, why can't i just go home?" vicki says
"because you're changing Vicki and it's not something you wanna do alone" stefan says
"There's nothing about that Logan guy I killed in here, though i'm glad i killed that asshole, he touched liv" damon says
"he touched liv?!" stefan asks
"yeah, i should've killed him right there, but i didn't want to do it in front of her" damon says
"wait how do you even know" stefan asks
"cause i saved her" damon says
"just like at the bonfire you saved her there too"
stefan says
"okay, stefan what do you want me to say
I'm sorry i saved her twice" damon says
"no, i mean are you friends or something" 
stefan says
"yeah we are friends or something" damon says
"hey um, i'm hungry do you have anything to eat" vicki asks
Stefan gets up, gets a cup and hands it to Vicki
"Here" stefan says
"what is it?" vicki asks
"it's what you're craving" stefan says
"Don't lie to the girl It's so not what you're craving but it'll do it in a pinch right stef?"
damon says
"What is it?" vicki asks
"Yeah, what is it? Is it skunk, saint bernard? bambi?" damon says
"go on give it a try" stefan says
"She's new she needs people blood She can sustain on that stuff" damon says
"Yeah, why can't I have people blood" vicki says
"Yeah" damon says
"Because it's wrong to prey on innocent people Vicki" stefan says
"You don't have to kill to feed just find someone really tasty and erase the memory afterwards. It's so easy." damon says
"No, no no there is no guarantee that you can control yourself. It takes years to learn that you could easily kill somebody and then you have to carry that with you for the rest of your life which if I haven't made clear is eternity." stefan says
"don't Listen to him, he walks on a moral plane way out of our eye line I say snatch eat, erase erase" damon says
"Hey, look at me, we choose our own path, our  values and our actions they define who we are" stefan says
"ok count deepak, I am out of here" damon says
"where are you going" stefan asks
"Liv" he says and goes
"are they together?" vicki asks
"no i don't think so, damon probably just likes looking at her" stefan says

I'm school walking through the halls and i can just feel all the eyes on me
"Liv hey, what's going on"
"Tristan"
"You haven't answered my calls or texts, are you okay?" Tristan asks
"Yeah, but the plan is over so-"
"I don't care about the plan, i only joined it because of you" he says
"oh"
"Liv what happened" he says
"nothing"
"After you went to look for logan fell you were gone, did he do something?"
"Don't worry, i'm fine"
he gets closer and kisses me
"Liv! i thought i'd-"
i pull away and see damon looking at me disappointed and he then walks away
"Damon! wait"
he keeps walking and i catch up with him
"what's wrong" i ask
"Nothing"
"Damon"
"I thought it's obvious that i..."
"that you what?"
"doesn't matter" he says and walks again
"Damon that you what?"
"that i can stand you"
"wow thanks"
"I can't stand anyone, besides you and then i see you kissing that guy"
"well, it sure wasn't obvious, you said-"
"it doesn't matter go back to your boyfriend"
he says and walks again
"he's not my boyfriend"
"whatever"
"Damon"
"what"
"stop"
"why" he says, stops and looks at me
"...i'm sorry, i didn't know...
he just came up to me, i haven't even talked to him in days and then he just kissed me"
"...really?"
"yes"
"okay, pretty kid"
you both walk through the halls
"soo, why did you come"
"Just wanted to see you"
"Understandable"
you both smile
"Liv, why are you with Damon" Bonnie asks
"We're friends" i say
"Come on judgy, i'm not that bad" damon says
"he hurt caroline"
"What"
"No i didn't, liv lets go"
we walk away
"You hurt caroline?"
"Liv, i needed her for my plan, i didn't hurt her, i was taking away the memories we had"
"...i don't want you to hurt anyone i know"
"i won't i promise"
"okay"
"you going to the halloween party?"
"nope"
"come on let's go"
"No i hate going to these things, i only went so i could find some things out and i had Theo and Tristan to..."
"Liv?"
"Everyone stares at me and they come up to me and won't leave me alone and they talk about me and the incident with tyler is not rare"
"i know"
"i hate it damon, looking like this. I know some people wish for it but if they had it they'd understand"
"it's okay, i'm there. I won't let anyone come near you"
you laugh a little "You softie"
"don't tell anyone" he says sarcastically
we both laugh

After school is the Halloween party
and i'm home thwn i hear my phone ring and i answer
"hello?"
"Liv, it's Tristan, can we talk"
"um yeah"
"my place?"
"okay"
"i'll be there in 10"

I'm not gonna tell Damon,
It's just Tristan was always so nice and caring, i feel bad just letting him go like that. I mean i don't have feelings for the guy and i also don't have feelings for damon,
we're friends.

"So what did you wanna talk about" i ask him
"Well, Liv. You just disappeared after the founders party and didn't talk to me nor Theo"
he says while sitting on his bed
"I just wanna know if you're okay and what's with us" he says
"Tristan, i found out what the town was hiding" i say while sitting next to him
"It really shocked me and i can't tell anyone"
i say
"It's okay, if you don't wanna tell me its fine"
"And Tristan about us-"
"Before you say anything, Liv, i think i love you"
"What?"
"I mean what's not to love"
"i'm sorry but i don't feel the same"
we both stay quiet for a bit
"Can we be friends though" he says
"sure" i say
"You wanna talk about the thing you found out"
we both sitbesides on his bed
"Well, it's really shocking. Exactly that what you didn't expect"
We both talk a little and then i fall asleep on his shoulder
