I brushed some of his hair away from his forehead before kissing his cheek again. I smiled at him before walking out the door and jogging to my car that was parked further away from his house. It kinda hurt to have to leave him now.

Y/N POV

This last month was amazing. I made enough money to finally pay my rent, Seo said so many nice things about me that I got a raise and best of all things between Taehyung and I were perfect. We managed to sneak in a little make out or more nearly every day and we hadn't missed another goodbye kiss.

Jimin and Jungkook now know about Taehyung's and my official relationship too. So now if they ever visited and left when I left, we could still have our little kiss. But Taehyung would make it a bit hotter in front of them. Probably showing off but I'm not complaining. And I still flirt with Jimin every now and then, by the way. I just can't help being a tease.

I didn't get to spend Christmas with him since we both had our own plans. But, as a surprise, he showed up at my apartment once I'd told him I was home. He gave me the most beautiful chain with a purple crystal pendant as a present even though I'd told him not to get me anything. And since I hadn't gotten him anything, in return I let him have two vanilla rounds and one half crazy one. No teasing that night.

That was also the first time he'd spent the night in my apartment. In my room. In my bed. Waking up in his warm embrace was the best thing ever. I felt so loved and so appreciated when I was with him. Like the only bad thing that could happen was if someone interrupted us.

Life couldn't be better.

Present
14:03pm

I knocked on the Kims' front door and waited rather excitedly to be greeted by my boyfriend's smiling face. But instead I heard Mrs Kim's voice from inside, "Come in."

I opened the door and walked in. Mrs Kim and another woman were sitting on the couch, discussing about whatever was displayed on the screen of the tablet the woman was holding. Beside Mrs Kim, I saw an uninterested Taehyung staring at the tablet with zero concentration.

I giggled a bit at his bored expression and he looked in my direction, his eyes lit up and a small smile crept to his face.

Then, out of no where, I suddenly felt Seo jump up to hug me. I hugged her back and swung her around, hearing her laugh.

Taehyung's smile seemed to grow even more as he watched us. He looked so deep in thought.

"Taehyung," his mother patted his knee and she gestured for him to look at the tablet screen.

His smile immediately dropped and his expression became irritated as he looked at it. "Hmm,"

"Pick a theme for tomorrow." Mrs Kim told him as the woman held the tablet up at him.

Theme?

He grunted frustratedly. "Eomma, we don't need to have a theme."

"Oh come on, Taehyung. A themed party is always fun."

"It's a formal party so it can't get much more fun. Just make it black and white or something because I really don't fricken care."

"Language, Taehyung." If his mother thought that was language then she should here what he says when he's alone with me. "Alright fine, we don't have to have a theme. In that case, I think we have everything we need for tomorrow."

"Eomma!" Seo suddenly spoke from next to me. "Can Y/N come too?" She hugged me tighter and made puppy eyes at her mother. What exactly was happening tomorrow?
