She softly growled in anger before turning on her heel and finally leaving. My parents were bound to find out now. This probably wasn't the best way for them to but it had to happen eventually.

Tae POV

"Come on," I stood up from the floor, tugging Y/N up with me. I held her hand and pulled her with me to my room before she could say anything. I closed my door behind us before moving to my desk. Kneeling on the floor, I pushed passed all my stuff until I found one of my backpacks. I emptied it of whatever was left in it before bringing it over to my closet.

"Mind telling me what you're doing?"

I glanced back and saw her looking confused and a bit... worried? "Packing," I held my bag up for her to see before I started shoving a bunch of my clothes into it. The slightest feeling of her hand on my shoulder made me stop what I was doing. The last thing I wanted was for her to try and stop me.

But the soft giggled I heard from her surprised me. "Calm down. I was just gonna ask if I could be of any help." She rested her chin on my shoulder and leaned her head against my neck.

I chuckled softly at her cute action. That's my girl. "Not right now but do you think you could tell Seo that I'll be gone for a while. I don't want her to freak out or anything."

She placed a quick peck on my cheek and the small gesture had my face heating up. "Sure thing, big brother." She patted my shoulder before hurrying out of my room.

Seo would be fine without me it's just I didn't want her to worry when she hears my parents freak out about where I am. Because I'm definitely not gonna tell them anything.

Y/N POV

I unlocked my apartment door and we both walked in.

I heard him sigh behind me as he closed the door. He dropped his bag on the floor and back hugged me, his head leaning on my shoulder.

My arms held his as a small smile crept on my lips. He held me tighter as he placed his chin on my shoulder. My hand slid up to hold his cheek, my thumb gently gliding over his skin.

No one said a word but, the silence was somehow comforting. Just resting in each other's embrace after escaping the commotion back at the Kims' house.

After Tae had packed his stuff, we had had to quietly make our way down the stairs and to the back door. Upon passing the lounge, we'd heard the ruckus from the Kims and Cheongs. Mainly Mr Kim who'd sounded as though he was trying to deny Areum's story of the babysitter being Taehyung's girlfriend. Areum's shrill insistence always struck back at his denials and Mrs Kim had occasionally joined in to ask if Areum was sure of what she saw. Eventually someone had decided to go upstairs and ask Tae himself but, by then we were already out the back door and heading to my car. On the way to my apartment, we'd both received numerous calls from Mrs Kim with Taehyung receiving occasional calls from Mr Kim. At some point, Tae turned both our phones off and had tossed them to the back seat. His head had fallen back against the headrest and he'd finally looked relaxed. So relaxed that he'd fallen asleep for the twenty minute drive.

He always seemed so innocent, so calm so... angelic when he slept. The usual pink tint on his cheeks became more noticeable and his lips pouted ever so slightly in the cutest way. His eyes would move about beneath his eyelids, evidence of a dream he's experiencing. Only when he slept did his baby face become clear. Going from a sexy Taehyung to an adorable Taetae.

He'd looked so at peace that I felt guilty having to wake him up when we'd arrived. But a sleepy Tae is indeed very nice to cuddle with. Which was why I was now leading him away from the door and to the couch before he could doze off on my shoulder.
