We can see The leaders from some pantheon are gathering, they were there to discuss a new crisis. Issei was sitting in front of them, as he reported, and telling the Alliance about it. Some faction delegations chose to stop all their conflict and let it side, as the threat Issei Explain was too dire and it would definitely involve all supernatural world.

Azazel: "Issei my boy are you sure Euclid escaped, and took a part in this ?"

Issei: "Like I say sensei I do not know much. But I see it with my own eyes Euclid was there signing the alliance."

Sirzech: "This is troublesome. If what you say was right then-"

Odin: "The Chaos Brigade is still active. . . . . . . . . . . This is troublesome."

Zeus: "I couldn't agree more, some of us still have not yet recovered and they are starting to build their strength."

Amaterasu: "How strong they were Sekiryutei?" The God of the Sun From Japanese mythology asks.

Issei: "Amaterasu-sama please, don't call me Sekiryutei, I already lost that title long ago. But to answer your question. . . . . . I don't know, the organization just received this report a couple of days ago, and the word from our deep agent still has not yet come." Issei says as he puffs his cigar.

Michael: "A defense pact?"

In return, the organization should have full control of cult hunting in every faction territory. Joint operations to combat the cult influence, a joint exercise between every faction. And preparing some to study in high command academy in Organization academy in our dimensions. But that's just the basic I know, besides the supernatural still can negotiate with the Organization for a defense pact."

Every faction leader now was more tempered by this offer, not just the Organizations will out from their internal politic, and affair they still can negotiate further. Perhaps some maybe can have their own faction treaty with the Organizations.

Thou one thing was bother them, and that was the Cult hunting one. Sure it has a good purpose but to let an outside party in their territory and have full control of was not sound too good. They didn't know how the organization movement regarding cult hunting.

Suddenly Issei gets up. Gaining attention from all faction leaders. He walks to an empty space and then stands by. All faction leaders are wondered what he doing, then a hologram appear in front of him. He saluted to the person in the hologram.

Issei: "Captain Issei reporting General."

Gen.Winkraft: "At ease Captain."
