Gwen really didn't want Harry walking around New York City in the middle of the night, so she didn't let him.
Gwen didn't open her eyes when she woke up, but curled up closer next to Harry.
"You're so... needy." He muttered wrapping his arms around her.
"Funny coming from your stupid mouth." Gwen said softly with a smile.
Harry gave a small smile and sat up. He rubbed his head carefully and took a deep breath before standing up.
"I should go now." He uttered. "Oscorp can't deal with my absence at the moment."
Gwen nodded and looked up at him. "You remember what I said last night right?"
"About... your brother?"
Gwen nodded and sat up. "What about my brother?"
"He has a... talent show that you have to go to."
"Mhm, and?"
"I am free to come, and go to dinner afterwards?" Harry asked carefully.
Gwen gave a small smile and got up and followed Harry as he walked to the kitchen area.
"I'm taking this cup." He said firmly. "And some of your water supply."
"Go ahead. I don't need the cup, or water right now anyways." She said folding her arms carefully.
Harry gave a smirk and walked over.
"I'll get you a new cup."
"I don't want a new cup." Gwen snapped with a smirk. "I am expecting dinner at some point."
"Take out or dine in?"
"Either or." She said with a shrug.
Harry gave a smile and took a deep breath. He walked over and kissed her forehead before walking to the door.
"I shall see you at your brother's... talent show."
"Yep."
"And... what is he doing?"
"No clue."
Harry gave a nod and gave Ken last smile.
"See you then." He said softly. "Bye bye."
"Bye."
The door closed as Gwen gave a small smile. She sat down on the couch and closed her eyes carefully. It really felt like it was going to be a good day.
The door knocked suddenly as she jumped up with a startle.
"Who is it?!" Gwen asked carefully shooting a web to her baseball bat by the door.
"It's your best mate, mate!" Benji's voice replied.
Gwen opened the door and tossed the baseball bat to the side as Benji walked in. She gave a small smile and tossed a bag of popcorn like a basketball to the counter.
"I'm ready to watch TV for homework, how about you? Gwen?"
Gwen looked over and gave a small nod and smiled. "Yeah, I am."
Benji noded and glanced around quickly.
"Question?"
"Ask."
"Why was Harold Osborn walking out of your place this fine morning?"
Gwen's face redden as she bit her lip. "Old friend."
"He was in his pajamas."
Gwen gave a shrug and glanced around. "The guy is full of surprises."
"Mhm."
"You're not buying it are you?" Gwen asked carefully.
"You know I'm not. Especially with this homework, can't trust a soul on that show."
"For real, honestly, I'm suprised he hasn't figured out that his wife was the killer." Gwen grumbled. "It's not that hard."
"Clearly it is." Benji said carefully, braiding her hair. "So, you ready to bench watch as much was we can of season two?"
"You bet. I just have to leave around five."
"Then I'll be gone by fathe till five!" Benji said with a smirk.
Gwen gave a small smile and hopped over the couch and sat down next to Benji.
"If we're bench watching this, you brought more snacks right?" Gwen asked leaning back.
"Of course I did Sheila!" Benji said with a shrug. "I can be dumb, but not that dumb."
