Harry opened his eyes, and heard a familiar steady beat. He groaned, as he looked at the IVs in his arms and the dialysis machine too.
"Ah Mr Osborn!" The doctor said walking over.
Harry looked up at him, and around. His eyes fell on a angered Gwen.
He quickly looked away at the doctor... he knew Gwen found out.
"Mr Osborn... I recommend you never use that watch if you want to live. The... Goblin thing you are, weakens your human self."
"Increasing my risk of death." Harry said finishing the thought. Harry laid his head down, he couldn't sit up as it hurt his neck to hold it up.
"Well... yes. No powers, or abilities." The doctor explained.
Harry still looked at the roof, and bit his lip. He didn't want to stop, especially now that that... thing was out there.
"Good day Harold." The doctor said leaving.
The door closed and Harry could feel Gwen eyeing him angrily.
"I bloody get that I bloody messed up!" Harry explained.
"Yeah... you did. Why didn't you tell me?!" She asked with a hint of worry in her voice.
Harry shrugged. "I... I... I dunno."
"You're dying!" Gwen snapped. "And you didn't think to tell me?!"
"I...— well we all knew I was dying. We just didn't know when the plug would be pulled." He uttered. "And, I don't know why I didn't tell you— to answer your other question."
"Well I think you do, and you just don't want to say." Gwen said with a small huff.
Harry rolled his eyes. She was way to intelligent.
Harry used the rim of the bed to pull himself up. He looked at her.
"Because I want to live. I want to do things, that other people can do." Harry said softly.
Gwen walked over to him. "Like what?" She said softly.
"You're going to laugh at me about it." He said softly, fidgeting his hands.
"Try me Prince Charles." Gwen said folding her arms.
Harry put his head down.
"I want to expand Oscorp. I want it to be something more than what it is known for. I want a family, not because my parents are dead. I want to yell at a son, and spoil a daughter. I want to live as much as I can. I want to get down on one knee, and laugh at my pregnant wife. I just want... I just want things that I don't know if I can ever have it." He uttered softly. "I want life."
Gwen looked at him. She gave a slight smile, and shook her head.
"Wut?! I'm being honest!" Harry said flinging his arms.
Gwen snickered some and shook her head. "I mean, I see where your coming from." She said, forcing a small smile.
"Thank you!" Harry said sitting up.

Reports with cameras ran into the hospital. James Jonah Jameson smiled as he walked in. It was big news that Norman Osborn was dead, but now the last living Osborn was in the hospital. He wanted to make some story that would sell, after all that was his job.
————
"Not that bad," Gwen said said helping Harry up. "But it could be better."
Harry rolled his eyes, and walked... or stumbled to the window, pulling the rack with the IVs and Dialysis machine with him.
