"Stay away from the dude with the mohawk," Jules muttered as he sewed the button with a hidden camera into Liam's blouse. Liam looked down at his blouse when the thread was pulled on and the button looked right like it belonged on the shirt. "And definitely, never, never ever..." Jules grabbed the face of his three-month younger brother. "Dude," Liam chuckled, turning his face. "Never fall in love," he warned, letting go of Liam. "I'll be the voice in your ear, giving you instructions whenever you need. But everything needs to look natural. You need to leave a good expression on them in order to come back." Liam nodded at what his brother said. He felt a little nervous, because it was the first time he was going undercover. Charles was waiting in his office for them to come in. He was going to join them and stay on watch from afar. Charles had sent more of his men inside already, making sure there was security everywhere.
"Do you need me to come along?" Mick asked, making Jules step back from his brother. "No," Jules shook his head. "He wanted you here, for mom." Mick nodded in response, looking up as Joanne came downstairs. "Let's check the signal," it was Carlos coming in, he installed some tracking chips on the cars outside to make sure they could pinpoint every location in case they had to flee or if they couldn't return home right after their first mission. "Hi, Joanne," the Spaniard muttered, kissing her cheek before he moved further down the hall and entered Charles' office. "I need you to be careful, honey," Joanne said with a soft sigh. It was obvious every fiber of her being disagreed that Liam was getting involved too, but she couldn't stop it anyway. She reached for her son and embraced him tightly. Liam wrapped his mother up in a hug, assuring her quietly that he'd be fine. The see-through earpiece in his ear suddenly beeped, and he heard Jules' voice.
When everything was working, the screens were up and locations were pinned, and GPS systems were active, and the camera in the button of Liam's blouse was working, they were ready to go. Joanne waited until Carlos left her husband's office and she went in. He was reaching into the drawer of his desk to grab his gun, pushing it into the back of his slacks. Joanne fiddled with her necklace, the one he had given her when they went on a date a long, long time ago. "We'll be home again soon, my love," Charles said, making his way to her. His hands curled around her waist in the way she loved, and he looked into her eyes. "I know you will," Joanne smiled softly at him. "I love you," she said, cupping his face to press a kiss to his lips. "Mick will be here tonight, but I don't assume he's necessary to step in. Nobody knows where we will be anyway. Extra security is at the gates," Charles summed up, kissing her cheek before letting go of her. "I'll see you later, baby." Joanne watched him walk out of the door, taking his sons with him.
Charles got into the passenger's seat of the Land Rover as Carlos was behind the wheel. "Will it ever get easier for our girls?" Carlos asked when he started the car and reversed out of the gate. "No, it won't," Charles said, his jaw clenching. "You know where to park it, right?" Charles asked to switch the subject. "Definitely," Carlos said. "Is it normal that I'm nervous?" Liam asked, keeping his voice low as he sat in the backseat with Jules. "Dude, even I'm nervous," Jules chuckled. "But you got this, I know you do," he said. Liam nodded, looking out of the window as they drove the same route that Mick had showed him earlier. "I hope you don't feel pushed into this," Jules continued, as Carlos and Charles were chatting in the front of the car anyway as well. "No, don't worry. Although I do feel obliged to get your ass out of this mess," Liam grinned, letting his brother know that he was joking. Jules let out a breathy chuckle. "We got this," Liam corrected his earlier quote.
It didn't take long for Carlos to steer the car to the off-road path. The light of the streets slowly disappeared in their mirrors and it was fully dark. It was quite a climb, but the car could easily take it. He parked it under a couple of trees, turning off the engine as soon as it was parked. Liam would hop into the other car, a sleek, black Audi, to make it look as if he truly arrived at the club like a guest. Liam didn't stall any of it, he moved out of the Land Rover and got into the back of the Audi right away. He was dropped off at the club, and he closed the jacket of his suit. The bouncer at the door looked rather tough, and the man thoroughly analyzed him before even asking for his name. "Are you on the list?" the bouncer asked, his tone letting Liam know that he was an outsider before he even set foot in the club. "Yes, it's Noah Dupont," Liam spoke up, sliding one of his hands in his pocket and keeping a straight face while his name was checked, and he got let in soon after. His heart rate had gone up massively, because he was in now. He looked around for a bit, spotting three guards at the door, two more at the stairs to the VIP room.
