Dd and Iris, were walking up into the apartment. Dd already knew the surprise and what was about to happen. Dd opened the door for Iris to reveal a decorated house. Iris gasped when she seen everything. Candles were placed everywhere and dd just smiled at her. There was a big balloon sign that said "happy 5 months." Iris's heart literally melted. She ran up to her boyfriend and hugged and kissed him. She was so in love with this man. And never wanted to leave him.

Iris was so happy with her new relationship. It was currently close to there 10 months and Iris still remembered what dd did for there 5 months. It still made her feel some type of way to this day. Iris's phone dinged and Keyah texted her. It was a calendar. Iris's birthday was tomorrow. She would be 18. She was in bed and it was around 4am , her and dd were cuddled up together and she smiled. "Yo birthday tomorrow?" A sleepy voice said. "Mhm." She said sounding tired herself. She turned off her phone and said it was no big deal.
Iris woke up and it was 12:01. Damn she slept late as fuck. She slid from under dd's touch.and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and do her daily routine. She got on her phone and hearted her bestfriend message which she forgot to do earlier. "A bitch finna be 18." Iris decided to take some photos and post on her finsta. 🥴

Iris smiled at the fact that her life was almost perfect. She had a loving boyfriend of 10 months, a bestfriend, dudes that would go to jail for her, a loving mother. She thought for a hard and long moment. "I want to be a mom." She texted lakeyah. "???" Keyah sent a text back. "Yeah I wanna be a mom." Iris sent. "Have you and dd .." Keyah said and Iris responded with a no. "Damn girl it's been 10 months." Iris sighed and responded with "ik but I wanted to be sure this is what I really wanted." Iris sends. "Understandable." Keyah says and Iris hearts her message.
Iris checks her calendar and she has nothing planned for today so she just decided to get back into bed and relax with dd for today, but tomorrow they would fly out with some friends, little did Iris know. Iris cuddled back up into dd and fell asleep.
