Izuku: What Now

SHigaraki Smirked and Made a Giant Red and Yellow Hand and combined it with Decay DECAYING A Whole CIty Block as it was shown On TV and People Began to Fear him and He got Even More Powerful as He Looked at Izuku

Shigaraki: TIME TO END THIS
