"Wait, aren't you going to leave?" George questioned.

"Of course not."

He said it like it was obvious. Maybe it was.

"Don't you have things to do?"

"Nope, just taking care if you," Clay replied casually.

"Surely something you'd rather be doing?"

"This is what I'd rather be doing. I want to hang out with you."

This caused a blush to creep up George's cheeks as he was used to being treated like shit in relationships. It was such a simple thing to say but it meant everything to him.

"I want to hang out with you too. I mean, like, all the time if I'm being honest," George admitted.

"That's good because I constantly want to be around you. I'm always thinking of you, sometimes I think I'm going crazy but," Clay stopped.

"But what?" George urged.

"You're totally worth going crazy for."

"You think so?"

"Absolutely," Clay started. "You are so kind and hilarious. Not to mention incredibly sexy and pretty. I've been living a good life for years now, thinking it's the best its gonna get, but then I met you and my life changed. It got so much better. I feel alive and new. I've never felt better and it's because of you. Life is never easy but you make me want to face all my challenges and problems head on."

"Oh Clay, I feel the same about you. I haven't been so lucky with relationships in the past and I was scared to give my all to you but the fact that you could still see me and a good part of me, it makes me unbelievably happy. I want to give you my real, genuine self. And I want to help you fave your problems if you would help me with mine."

"I would rearrange all the stars if that was your problem. I would clean your toilet if that was your problem. I want to be with you so much, so of course I will help you."

"This might be a bit soon but god, I think I might love you," George said tentatively.

"I think it is just the right timing because I was just starting to feel the same," Clay replied.

Clay leaned in to initiate a kiss. It was magical. The kiss held such love and passion and neither wanted to stop. It felt like ages that they were kissing, enclosed in their own world, a very beautiful world full of hopes and dreams, love and light.

The pairs' worlds revolved around skating but they couldn't have been from further worlds. They were so different and maybe that's what drew them both in. Opposites attract as some say. Maybe the rink had nothing to do in their love but in the end they created themselves one icy wonderland of beautiful love.
