Forgotten Birthday

Max's birthday was coming up and he was exited but also wasn't since he never got to celebrate his birthday properly since he joined F1 this year lucky for Max that his birthday was landing on the week off that F1 had so he was thankful for it since he will invite his family over to celebrate it. it was the last week of racing and everyone was exited for the long week brake ahead, everyone had gotten into their car's and got ready for the race,

the race ends with Max wining, Charles in second place and Lando in third place, after the celebration and interview's the winner's had made their way to the hotel they were staying at, "hey are u both coming to my mini party next week." "what party we were never told about it before." "it's my birthday and I wanted to celebrate with close friends and family." "oh yea we will come for sure." Max smiles and heads to his room.

during that week Max had invited a few friends and family to celebrate his birthday, when the day actually came no one besides his mom, sister and her kids no one else showed up, Max was sad because of it and in the end he didn't do anything besides go on the Yacht with his mom, his sister and her kids, he tried to forget about it and try to be happy but he couldn't, "mom what have I done wrong that no one besides u and sis came."

"its not u don't think that it's ur fault maybe they are busy." "I didn't even get a message from anyone especially Kelly who is my girlfriend I don't get it." "u know Kelly she is married to her work." Max's laugh's "true." "I am disappointed about the family though." "so I made a group chat of everyone that u invited here and gave them what for and let's just say they are kiss asses." "why what did they say." "most people didn't want to show up because they didn't want to be in the same place as certain people or they said sorry I forgot."

"really they forgot when I kept asking them if they were coming." Max felt more sad, "the only one who said he was sorry was Charles he is stuck at an airport somewhere and he tried to get here but he couldn't and said he would come here as soon as or do something with u tomorrow." Max nods, the three of them were just talking about different thing's when they heard something they stood up to see someone coming on the jet ski,

"who is it." "I can't tell." once the person got closer Max's smiles as he could tell who it was now. Charles stop the jet ski once he got close to the other jet ski's, Max's sister helps Charles onto the boat, "I am so sorry I'm late." "it's ok at least u made it." "what happened anyway." "someone had done something to my jet and I had to get that sorted and when it was sorted I few straight here."

Max hugs Charles and cries, Charles didn't know what to do but hugs Max anyway, Max's mom and sister go to the kitchen to make food while the boys talked, "what happened where is everyone." "no one showed up besides you." "what." "my sister got angry at everyone and had added everyone but u to a group and told everyone how disgusted she was with them and everyone said they were either busy or forgot it was my birthday."

"who said they were busy." "most of the gird and some of my family." "well Lando isn't busy because I was talking to him before I arrived here, neither was Pierre or the other's." "well they all told my sister they were." Charles was upset that they lied to Max and his sister and was also angry at them." "what about Kelly."

"she forgot plus she is in New York working and then just before u arrived she sent me a message that I am guessing was ment for someone else and when I told her to look at who she had messaged she didn't apologize and just told me over text we are over." "unbelievable." Max hugs Charles again, and Charles hugs him back and traces circles around Max's back to sooth him,

"what have I done wrong that I am forgotten about." "its not ur fault Max it's everyone else it's their fault for not seeing you as you." "I feel useless." "ur not useless Max if u were u wouldn't be who u are today the flying dutchman who has an amazing personality and who has the greatest friend me." Max laugh's and looks at Charles, "u will always have me by ur side no matter what." "thanx you for everything I thought u also had forgotten my birthday."

"how could I forget my crushes birthday besides I tried messaging u but my phone died and when I finally got a charger I instantly messaged ur sister to let her know why I wasn't there and lucky enough she let me off because of it." "wait what did u say." "what." "crush." Charles turns red. "u have a crush on me?" "yea I always have." "why didn't u tell me."

"I couldn't and every time I tried u know." "my dad." "yea." Max sigh's, "well now he isn't here." "I know." "so tell me why me out of all people." "because your the only person who was there for me when I was at my lowest." Max smiles, "because I know what its like that's why." "and I will always be thanx full for u for rescuing me that day."

"and I will do it again because u mean the world to me as well." Charles smiles. "so Mr birthday boy will u be my boyfriend." Max laugh's and nods and kisses Charles. Max's mom and sister just stood there listening to their convo. "halleluiah they finally got together." "u can say that again." "boy's dinner is ready."

that night Max his mom, sister and Charles enjoyed the night doing karaoke and some drinks, Max was really happy he was finally with Charles, Max's mom was also happy that he was with someone who loved Max like she did. the next morning they made it back to the marina and made their way to Max's house and chilled out for the rest of the day, Max's sister had posted pics on insta and so many people liked it along with people commenting on the post.
