"Mr. Yamada, Mr. Showalter, please do not text during my class." The teacher said, ignoring Finney.

Most teachers no longer reprimand him, which Billy found equal parts unfair and hilarious. The teacher continued her lecture.

"Alright, I am going to assign a group project. You will be working in teams of 6. This is a semester-long project, a PBL (project based learning) if you will. Your project needs to pick a time era. You will then write a paper, create a trifold, and a diorama. The paper must be 30 pages long, in MLA format. At the end of the semester, we will have a big presentation day. I expect all of you to come dressed from your time period, and to have one interactive piece."

By the end of her speech, everyone besides Finney and Griffin looked overwhelmed. Griffin looked determined, and Finney just looked bored.

"Ok, let's see. We will do Donna, Noah, William, McKenzie, Lucas, and Harry for group one. Nick, Brian, Kaylee, Savannah, David, and Duke for group two. Diego, Charlie, Xavier, Allison, Luke, and Nathan for group three. Which leaves Robin, Finney, Vance, Billy, Griffin, and Bruce for group four. You all may begin working."

The group quickly divided into teams for each major part. Finney and Vance (aka just Finney) would work on the paper , Billy and Robin would work on the diorama, which left Bruce and Griffin to do the trifold.

"Alright, what time period do y'all wanna do?" Finney asked.

Truth be told, he did not give a fuck. He did not want to do this project, and could knock out his section in a day.

But being in a group with Robin gave him the opportunity to get closer, and seeing Bruce and Billy gay panic was always fun.

"How about the Renaissance era?" Everyone was shocked to hear Vance speak up, as he was not typically involved in group projects.

"I love that idea. Finn, do you think you two will be able to find enough to write a 30 page paper?" Bruce said.

"Yeah, Pookie. I should be able to if I use books and art related shit."

For some reason Bruce could not comprehend, Robin was glaring at him. Not just normal glaring either, trying-to-burn-a-hole-through-his-skull glaring. It was kinda freaking Bruce out.

By the time the bell rang, they had most of their project laid out.

"Do you wanna give me your numbers, so I can get a group chat set up?" Griffin said.

Everyone agreed, then gave him their numbers. After that they all went off to their next classes.
