chapter 4 kidnapped

Sophie's POV
I was sleeping peacefully when I heard someone in my room I was wide awake now the person came over to me and picked me up I screamed and they put their hand over my mouth and jumped out the window and ran they threw me in the back of a van. They put a bandana around my eyes so I couldn't see where we were going. Then I fell asleep in the back.

Liam's POV
I heard a scream it sounded like Sophie's I quickly got out of bed and ran to her room and turned on her light she wasn't there someone took her. I quickly ran back to mine and Sophia's room and shook sophia lightly she groaned and said "what's wrong? are the kids okay?" I said "someone took sophie." She got up quickly and ran to Sophie's room she said "we need to find her and call the police." I quickly dialed the police and they said they were on their way I called the boys and 5SOS boys to tell them what was going on they said they will help us.

The boys and 5SOS boys were there in no time and so were the police. The police asked me "do you know who took her?" I said "no I just know I heard her scream and when I went into her room she was missing.

Then a police officer said "we'll search for clues and we'll search and we'll tell you guys if we found anything okay?"I said "thanks." I hugged sophia close to me who was sobbing Harry had Elizabeth so I knew she was safe Sophie must be so scared right now. I called my parents and sisters and told them what happened they were on their way they only lived 15 mintues away from us. A police officer said "we found a number we're calling it now." We all went inside and they put the phone on speaker and was tracking it a young girl picked up and said "hello." The police said "hi little girl were do you live?" She said "daddy told me not to talk to strangers." The police said "well I'm a police officer." She said "daddy told me not to talk to you guys either."

Then she hung up the police said "did you get it?" The tracking guy said "yeah they live at 56 alson AV." The police said "that's only 20 mintues away lets go." We hopped in our cars I put Elizabeth in her carseat and hopped in the drivers seat we followed the police.

Sophie's POV
I woke up in a basement tied to a chair I was scared then a little girl my age came down and said "sissy will be really please to see you." I said "can you please untie me please?" She said "daddy said not too." I said "well can you tell your daddy to call my daddy and tell him to come get me." She shook her head no and said "daddy said you can't leave." She went back upstairs and the guy came back and said "my daughter will be very please to see you." I said "I want my daddy." I started crying and he said "stop crying you'll see him soon then I'll have both of you." I was still crying then he untied me and I ran up the stairs but he got there before me and said "not so fast little one your not escaping me."And closed the door and locked it I started banging on the door and screaming and crying I was screaming "PLEASE LET ME OUT PLEASE DADDY ANYONE PLEASE!!!!!!" While pounding on the door.

Liam's POV
My phone rang and it was Ashley I picked it up and she was sobbing she said "please tell me it's not true." I said "yes it is Sophie got kidnapped do you know who it might be?" She said "yeah I think so it's this girl who stalks you guys she is every where you guys are and she never meet you before and she really wants to meet her and she tweeted saying yes my daddy finally got her because he's a kinapper." I said "thanks for telling me I'll call you when we find her okay?" She said "okay." I went to the police and said "I got more info one of my fans is my babysitter for the girls and she said that a girl been stalking us and her father is a kidnapper." He wrote this down and said "thank you for telling me do you know this girls first and last name?" I said "no but I'll call the fan again and ask her."he nodded I called Ashley and put her on speaker she said "did you find her?" I said "not yet but we're at the house we think she's at and do you know this girls first and last name?" She said "yes it's Sarah Olsen." I said "okay thanks." She said "no problem."

Then she hung up the police looked her up and said "she has been arrested for sneaking into you guys hotel rooms and for breaking into your house and she's been caught steal things from you guys houses and her father had kidnapped many celebritie kids and he went to jail but then he broke out." I said "we need to go in there and save my daughter before something happens to her." He said "we will we have a plan trust us." I trusted them I was so worried about Sophie Louis went to get some breakfast for us since it's 7:00 in the morning he handed me a bag I took it but didn't take anything out I said "thanks mate but I'm not that hungry right now." He said "I know mate I don't think any of us are we just need to trust the police." I said to him "you're right." He patted my back and Then we waited until they went in.

Sophie's POV
I cried myself back to sleep I was starving and thirsty it feels like I've been here for days but the truth was I was only here for a couple of hours I just want my mummy and daddy and uncles again they make me feel safe unlike this place then I heard a girl yell from upstairs "WHERE IS SHE?" Her father opened the door and said "down here." She ran to me I backed up into a wall she said "awe you're so cute now I just need your father and uncles then I'll be good so daddy please go get them NOW." He said "will do sweetie." She said "you don't move a muscle." I stayed there and just sat there.

Liam's POV
Someone came out of the house and the officers said "freeze and put your hands were we can see them." The man ran towards us and a police officer ran after him and jumped on him and said "you are under arrest for kidnapping a celebrities child." I went up to the man and said "I will be Putting charged on you and your daughter." I called my lawyer and they said later today we will go to court and file restraining orders against them.

Then a young girl came out who looked to be about Sophie's age and yelled "DADDY DADDY!!!"The guy said "sweetie I'll be fine your aunt and uncle will take good care of you." She said "what about Sara?" He said "she'll be with me you'll see us again soon okay?" She said "okay." And then ran to a women that must be her aunt.

Then another girl came out and the cops got her and arrested her she said "but liam I just wanted to meet you and the boys and the 5SOS boys." I said " well you did but now you will never in a million years  meet us again because you are banned from everything of ours for the rest of our careers I never want to see you near us or my daughter again." She said "then you just lost your self a fan."

Then another girl said "you just lost self a internet friend and they didn't just lose a fan because you were never a true fan you are a crazy person I don't even know why I was friends with you." She said "I will get you for this all of you!!!!"

Then she was put in the cop car and the girl was Ashley I said "thank you for helping us." She said "no problem." I gave her a hug.

Then a policeman came walking out with a crying  Sophie sophia and I ran to her she got out of the cops arms and ran to us I hugged her tightly and she cried I said "shh you okay now sweetheart daddy's here now daddy's here." I rubbed her back and didn't let her go.

Then we headed home sophia and I got ready for court after we were done I said to Sophie "okay soph your going to stay here with your uncles mummy and I will be back soon." She said "okay." We gave her a kiss on the head and headed over to the court place.

Once we got there we saw our lawyer and went in then we saw the girl first with her lawyer the judge said "so what did you do to his daughter?" He asked the girl she said "nothing my father took her from them and all I wanted was to meet them." The judge said "well this isn't the first time and you guys want to put a restraining order on them right?" He looked at Us I said "yes we do."He said "okay then it's settled you and your father are not allowed near them or their daughter when you get out and you are being let go because your a minner but your father will be in here for 3 years." The girl nodded and left and the judge said "case closed."

Then we signed the papers and then headed home we picked up some dinner before and then headed back to the house Sophie was on the couch with the boys and louis asked "how did it go?" I said "good but they let the girl go because she's a minner but we put restraining order on her so she won't be bothering is any time soon and all the secerity gaurds know not to let her come to any of our events." Niall said "good."

After we ate I got Sophie ready for bed and I knew she would want to sleep with sophia and I so I put her in our room I tunked her in and got in myself and said "good night sweetie your safe now." I kissed her head and we fell into a peaceful sleep.
