If you have read my other chapters you should know that on Sundays I go to my dad's darting league. My ex plays for the team as well as the boy I mentioned in the last chapter. Anyways, my ex walked in and walked over to me saying, "(the boy from the last chapter) wants to talk to you. He's outside." Of course I went outside to see what he needed. He was sat on the steps crying. Apparently someone had been talking about him behind his back. Before I carry on I'll tell you what he looks like so that you understand, he is 6"3 (I'm 4"11 by the way), has recently got braces, really pale, strangely has a deep voice that randomly goes high and well the list goes on. I'm not saying that any of this is bad or anything but it just so happens that that what is being talked about. All of his school are talking about him apparently. The one thing about him is that he is extremely insecure about is his appearance and things like that so when people are picking him apart it's really hitting him hard. Anyways, I sat down next to him and asked him what had happened. Of course he told me about it all in a rather shortened way (his friend from school told me the rest, I managed to get his number) and ended up sobbing. I was just sat there thinking, 'what am I supposed to do'. I turned around and saw my mum peeping behind the curtains but she soon went away. I said to him, "is there anything I can do in this very moment?" Instead of using words he pulled me up into a standing position and guided my body down 2 steps whilst he was still sat down. He turned me around so that I was facing him and he pulled my waist into him. I ended up going up another step so that I didn't have to lean so much. We ended up hugging for about 3 minutes while he cried into my shoulder. I'm not sure if what he is going through can be classed as bullying but as someone who went through a severe case of bullying I understand how he feels. I felt so bad for him but that soon didn't matter. He turned his head so that mine was directly in front of his and he grabbed my jaw. Butterflies erupted in my stomach as he said, "you're beautiful you know." He just smiled at me then pulled my face so that we were almost kissing. I ended up leaning forward to press my lips on his. I stupidly ran inside after that. To be honest with you, I just didn't want my ex to see. He ended up coming inside with his face all red and eyes puffy but with a grin on his face instead of a frown. He walked over to my table and sat next to me, put his head on my shoulder and said thank you. He fell asleep somehow so I was stuck with his mum taking many photos. I then had to explain what happened just skipping over the whole 'kissing' thing. I'm pretty sure that my day was just fantastic.
