Panick Attack- Beth and Viv

Hey everyone sorry for the long wait I have been really busy lately so I'll try get some more out in the next week ot two

It all started this morning when Beth woke up the to warmth of her girlfriend beside her gone. She heard the shower going so she just assumed that she was showering before training. What Beth didn't know was that all night Viv was tossing and turning unable to sleep because she felt shaky and just not her self.

When Beth heard the shower turn off she got up to go down stairs to make them both breakfast.

"Vivi I'm going downstairs to make breakfast " Beth called out, getting no response in return assuming that viv didn't here her

Beth knew somthing was off her girlfriend viv had be criticising evey pass and shot that she made muttering swear words under her breath each time. This was enough for Beth to know what would happen later on.

(After training)
Walking into the changing rooms Beth was talking to Steph and Jen when steph asked

"Hey what's going on with viv she's not her self today and she's been very quiet and not talking yo you or anyone " Steph asked

"I honestly don't know she's been like this since she woke up so she's probably just having an off day" Beth said

(Vivs pov)
After training I felt even more shaky then I did this morning I feel overwhelmed and I'm struggling to breath. I sit on the bench untying my shoe laces when I start struggling to breath Katie next to me immediately notices and tells Laura to get Beth.

When Beth arrives she takes me to sit on the floor placing herself behind me putting my head against her chest so I can hear her heart and breathing.

"Your ok Vivi just breath Vivi" Beth says

"Vivi can you tell me 3 things you can see"
Beth asks

"My boots, the benches and you" I respond

"Your doing so well viv, now can you tell me 3 things you can hear" Beth asks rubbing my back

"Your heart, your voice and my breathing"

"Well done vivi, now can you move three of your body parts please?" Beth asks

I move nod my head that being the first part I move, then I move my hand from Beth's for the second movement and I wiggle my foot for the third.

"I'm so proud of you Vivianna " Beth says

"Thank you Beffy, can we go home now "i ask

"Of course bubba"

The rest of the afternoon was spent with Beth and Viv cuddled up on the couch watching movies until they both fell asleep.
