The city was shouting in it's own chaos. People were busy in earning their peace by spending the peace. Everyone was in his own world of competition to another one.
.
.
And apart from all this someone was in her own beauty sleep in her delusion world. Warm sunlight coming through the window was covering her in the blanket of sunrays. A peaceful smile was adoring her face. Suddenly the door burst open and...

"Aaradhya, it's 9:00 in the morning...baby get up fast or you going to be late."
.
.
"Shit"

With a minimum makeup and a bindi ofcourse to compliment my look, I get ready in a red kurti with a hint of pink. Yes I prefer traditional over western. It's not like I don't like western but yes I am really fond of traditional wear and specially jwellery.

I live with my mummy and papa. Papa owns a bakery after the retirement from his job. My father was judge. My mother is a sweet housewife. And now after my graduation I wanna run this bakery so here I am.....

Oh god... I am running late now. Hurriedly I went downstairs to the kitchen and the view was really delicious. *note the sarcasm
My mother was scolding my father and my father was paying much attention to newspaper apart from my mother.
"How many times I told you Raman, that sweet is really bad for your health and God....baap beti sab ek jaise hai.." ( both father and daughter are alike) she said while glaring at my dad with one hand on her waist and other holding spatula. I quietly tip toed and went near my father he saw me and gave me a toothy smile and I returned it gladly. " Are you both even listening to me...fine I am going to banaras today mummy ke pass live happily you both" and with this we both said in union...NOOO!
" We are sorry mumma, actually it's all papa's fault. He ate that halwa at nig..." And with that papa glare at me and with a nervous smile he replied " ha..ha ... to kya hua Aaru ne bhi raat me icecream khai thi." (So what Aaru also ate icecream at night)

And yes we both were exposed.
Mummy was glaring at us. We both look each other then look down and finally look at mummy. "We are sorry"
We said in union.

"Come breakfast is ready".

With that sweet scolding and laughter we completed our breakfast. I grab my car keys and went to the bakery which is 30 min away from my home.

"Do you think we should ask her...now?"

Meera sat beside her husband take his hand and gave him a assurence look " of course we should ask her now... it's her life we are only asking last decision will be only her.."

As Aaradhya enter inside the bakery a familiar aroma of chocolate, vanilla and many more flavours hit her. It was her favourite hobby to bake as she learn it from very small age from her Massi ( mother's sister). Here she has 2 workers of nearly age of 40's in her bakery and two waiters as there was a corner for sitting area also.

Aaradhya was busy in decorating a chocolate cake. Her hairs was in a messy bun she was wearing a cream colour apron with sunflower printing on it. Her whole concentration was on the nuzzle... suddenly a girl nearly age of 20 came and said "Hello...can I get a beautiful fresh red velvet cake... it's my mom dad anniversary."

"Sure .. just wait for five minutes. What should be the weight and any extra preference or additional thing you want?"Aaradhya asked with her morning smile.
"No just the cake... but please be quick... otherwise my brother will kill me" she said with puppy eyes.

"Yeah..sure don't worry your cake is arriving...your brother will not kill you " and with that they both smiled.

After 10 minutes..
Aaradhya hand over her the cake.
"Thank you so much" the girl said and do the payment.
"It all my pleasure... happy anniversary to them from me also."
Smiling in return the girl took the cake and hurriedly went out and settled in the car at passenger seat and went away.

It was four in the evening. Aaradhya was busy in checking the expense of the month. Suddenly her phone ringed with the caller id of her father.

" Hello papa... already missing me..?"

With a chuckle he replied "Aaru.. I always miss you but.. I have a surprise for you today..come soon we have to discuss something with you."

" Really, about what?"

And what he said the next make Aaradhya smile vanished. Her whole body went numb. Sweat beads form on her forehead.
