A month later - Mother's Day

"Mommy wake up!" Beyoncé heard bringing her out of her sleep. She saw the sunlight beaming through her window as her little girl stood before the edge of her bed with a smile. She held up a card that read 'best mom ever!' With a drawing of her with a background of flowers, "happy mommy's day mommy" blue sang making Beyoncé instantly smile and pull back the covers so blue could get in bed next to her. She cuddled her little girl and kissed her head "thank you so much baby, did you make this yourself?!" Beyoncé asked looking at the card feeling so happy she took the time out to do something like this, even though she knew she really loved drawing and was getting better. "Yeah" blue cheesed. Beyoncé read what blue had written inside the card,

"Dear mommy,

Happy mommy's day! I'm happy you're my mommy and I love you soooooooooooo much! You're my favourite person in the whole wide world and my hero!

Love BlueBlue"

Beyoncé had to fight back the tears, but she knew moments like this let her know that all the struggle she had went through before was worth it for blue and herself to be here today. She was so grateful she made it through. "Thank you so much baby, this is so sweet I'm going to keep this forever" Beyoncé said as she hugged and kissed her baby. "Hehe you're welcome mommy I love you!" Blue replied making Beyoncé's heart melt as she smothered her in more kisses making her child laugh. They decided to get ready for the day even though they didn't have anything in particular planned....

A while later, Beyoncé found herself making breakfast as Blue was playing her just dance game and making Beyoncé laugh in the process although she knew she couldn't laugh too loudly or else blue would give her the death stare so she kept it at a minimum. Unexpectedly, there was a knock on the door so Beyoncé paused her cooking and went to go answer it. She opened the door to reveal Angelina holding a huge bouquet of red and white roses, "happy Mother's Day" she said making Beyoncé smile "thank you, come in. You didn't have to get me anything for Mother's Day" Beyoncé said as she closed the door behind her. "I wanted to, from me and our little plum plum" Angelina said referring to their unborn child as she gave Beyoncé the flowers. Beyoncé couldn't help but feel herself beam with joy. "You're so sweet, thank you" Beyoncé said hugging Angelina, as they pulled away Angelina kissed her forehead and looked at her lovingly, "no problem... there is another surprise but we will get to that later" Angelina said with a smirk making Beyoncé look at her curiously "I don't know whether to be excited or afraid" Beyoncé said making them laugh. "I think you'll love it but for now where's my blueberry?" Angelina asked moving into the living room to see blue dancing away to her game but she paused when she heard Angelina's voice. "Angie!!!" Blue cheered as she ran into her arms making Angelina pick her up instantly giving her kisses. "Hi baby, did you give mommy her card?" Angelina asked making blue nod with a smile "yeah she loved it!" Blue said happily "see I told you she would. Have you guys had breakfast yet?" Angelina asked. "I was just beginning to make it" "oh... I wanted to take you guys out for breakfast..." Angelina looking at Beyoncé with a slight pout before looking down. "Well if you wanted to take us for breakfast we can go" Beyoncé said making Angelina look up and smile again "good good. Blue get your shoes on" Angelina said making blue nod before going into the coat closet to get them with Beyoncé following. Once they were all ready Angelina led them out excited to give Beyoncé her first surprise....

When they arrived at the breakfast place Beyoncé had noticed that as well as it being super fancy, nobody seemed to be in there. Still there were waiters and one greeted them by the door and immediately showed them to the table. Once they were sat down Beyoncé spoke up "why are we the only ones here?" "I asked if I could rent it out" Angelina shrugged. Beyoncé looked at her as if she was searching for the truth meanwhile Angelina shared her menu with blue and let her decide what she wanted. Beyoncé decided to let it go and picked up her menu and began to look into what she'd like for breakfast. A few minutes into deciding what they were wanting Beyoncé suddenly felt a hand on her arm and heard a very familiar voice "well ain't you grown". Beyoncé instantly looked up to see the last person she thought she'd see here, "uncle Johnny?" Beyoncé asked almost as if she couldn't believe it. He began to laugh at his nieces reaction and that seemed to have solidified his presence for Beyoncé who immediately stood up and wrapped her arms around him so tight. "Oh my god!" She felt his arms around her and it sent her into tears feeling his hugs again that she had missed all these years. "How did you- what are you doing here?!" Beyoncé cried as she pulled back a bit to look at him. He had grey hair now but still had the twinkle in his eye that he always had. "Your girlfriend found me and brought me here" he shrugged with a smile telling it how it is which was always his personality. Beyoncé looked back at Angelina who sat there with a smile, "you said he was the only one back home that supported you and you hadn't seen him in years" Angelina explained remembering when Beyoncé talked about him on their first date on the beach. She hadn't forgotten that since and set out to find Johnny immediately after their first date. It took a bit of time but she was glad he could be here, she saw a light she hadn't seen within Beyoncé's eyes before appear and she was happy she could do that for her. Beyoncé went around the table and hugged Angelina making her hug Beyoncé back just as tightly. "Thank you so much" Beyoncé said in Angelina's ear as she tried to hold back more tears. "I'm glad I could make you happy" Angelina said before kissing her cheek for a few seconds before they pulled away letting Beyoncé return back to sitting next to her uncle. She instantly held his hand and rested her head on his shoulder like she always used to do when she were little.
