FIVE CLASS PERIODS have passed, and Marzena already wants to tear out her hair and throw herself out the window.
Okay, maybe she's being a bit extreme about throwing herself out the window, but she definitely wants to tear her hair out.
The classes were easy, given that it's only just homeroom, mathematics, English, science, and history. In her homeroom class, all she really needs to do is listen, which she's good at. She likes math—she's good with numbers—she's already fluent in English, science isn't too difficult for her to understand, and all she really has to do in history is read. She'll be able to pass the classes without a sweat—if she wants to stay, she reminds herself.
The classes themselves are fine, but her classmates? That's a different issue.
They all seem fairly nice, for the most part—the blond that sat near the front of the class has been not so subtly glaring at her and she can't be bothered to figure out why.
The problem is, they all have a staring problem.
Because ever since she walked into the class and introduced herself, they've done nothing but stare.
