Episode 1: The Coffin - Part 6

"I'm guessing you found the body?"

Andrew maintained his deathly glare, before looking up at Ashley.

"Care to explain why he's untied?", he asked her. Ashley was about to open her mouth, but you beat her to it.

"Calm down for a sec...", you tried to explain, "It's not her fault, she-"

Andrew then cocked the gun back while keeping its aim on your head, and you immediately shut up.

"Say one more word and see what happens.", he threatened, and you slightly flinched in fear. He then turned back to Ashley.

"I never should have trusted you, even for a minute.", Andrew chastised his sister, who was now about a couple inches away from you, looking at him rather frustrated.

"Andy, I had it under control.", she said standing up to face him., "I was just getting him something to eat, that's all!", she retorted, to which her brother kept his unamused glare.

"... 'Andy'...?"

"You fed him the cultist?!", Andrew exclaimed, making you slightly confused.

"Wha-? Cultist? What are you-", you asked them, which resulted in both siblings hesitating and looking away, slightly embarrassed.

It wasn't until then where it all came together. The strange looking meat, Ashley not telling you what it was, the blood and pentagrams tracing the floor. That's when you finally realized...

"... No fucking way..."

You start to gag, as you could still feel the "food" inside your stomach begin to rise back up again. You couldn't believe you had just eaten the remains of another person, and the thought refused to leave your mind.

"Well, duh, yeah! What else was I supposed to feed him??", she responded before turning back to you to see yourself choking on air as she thought you were about to vomit. Ashley put her hand to her mouth, realizing what she just admitted. "Oh, shit..."

"You... made me eat, I-! ... ate...", you managed to say before collapsing on your back, breathing heavily, "... a... person?!"

"Listen, (Y/N)...", Ashley started, "I-I never meant to hurt you, I just-"

"-And he didn't even know?!", Andrew said aggressively, focusing the gun back on you, "That's it, this ends now."

"No! Andrew, don't... please...", Ashley begged him.

Andrew then placed his finger on the trigger, finally ready to execute you like he was supposed to a while ago. Shit, this wasn't good. You'd better come up with something clever to get out of this one, but you figured if you made a move, he would just blow your brains out.

Time was running short, as you could almost imagine the bullet about to leave the chamber...

Anytime now...

"Andy, get ahold of yourself!"

Time seemed to slow down and stop completely when those words left your lips. Ashley and Andrew were both frozen in place. You thought you were stuck in some other world as everything seemed to fade away around you. You were no longer in the cultist's room. You were no longer in the apartment. You were no longer with the two siblings. You were completely alone.

You opened your eyes a bit more to realize you appeared to be in a pitch black void. It was hard to tell exactly where you were, since you couldn't even see your body when you looked down. There was no light or anything, just you, and no one else.
