Third Person POV
Ichika felt everyone looking at her as she had her gaze stuck in her bowl of borscht. They're thinking she's crazy just because she refused to change her clothing? Eventually she picked up a spun attempting to try and eat, but soon she dropped it, looking with horrified face at the pieces vegetables socked in red liquid, swimming in it.. Terrible memories of those disgusting things that covered her dress after Yuki's death appeared somehow once again before her eyes. Her whole body began to tremble as she felt her stomach wrenching and turning upside down... She held her hand over her mouth, as she felt like vomiting She stumbled, standing up and running out of the room, not wanting to disgust emperor's family during their meal and humiliate herself even more...
" Where did she go...?" Olga was confused. " What happened?"
" I have no idea.." Nicholas admitted, concerned. Anastasia stood up and walked out only to come back very soon, a little scared. " That Asian girl just threw up, outside the door..."
" Oh, God..." Alexandra sighed heavily.
" Is she sick..?" Asked Maria, worried.
" We should call a doctor..." The tsar walked out of the room as well.He found the girl curled up against the wall clutching to the scabbard with weapon inside...
"Child..." He whispered, careful not to scare her. She only raised her eyes to look at the puddle of vomits.
" Sorry..."
He shook his head. " It's nothing."
" Does your stomach hurt?" He asked gently.
" I'm just tired..." She mumbled " Leave me be." Turning her head away could not hide the trembling of her hands.
" You have to see a doctor first..."
" I don't want to." She gave him a warning glance. " I said, Leave me be."
Nicholas shook his head. "Sorry, but I can't..."
" Do you want to get stabbed?!" She stood up and pointed the covered weapon at him. Tsar's eyes wided in shock. He would never think that a child could be so agressive... Not that he was scared for his safety, because he could easily pacify that girl, but what must have forced her to become like this?Eventually she agreed to go to the room prepared for her and calmed down... But it was not easy... The success was simply convincing her to go to sleep...
For past few days the girl isolated herself as much as it was possible, from EVERYONE. They couldn't get her to say anything, or even eat... Nicholas' children felt sympathy and compassion for her at first, but if she ever looked at them, it seemed as if she tried to show them that they're not welcome in her circle... The Grand Duchesses eventually started to have mixed feelings about her... They wrote about it in their dairies...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Olga:
Why does she treat us as enemies? Cannot she see that we mean no harm? Did other Russians did something bad to her? Oh, I wish, she would talk to us and tell what did we do to make her so upset...
Tatiana:
Her presence makes me feel uncomfortable... She looks so... stone-like... I thought she might be like me, Reserved, shy... But the way she looks at us... God, she is literally scary...
Maria:
I don't trust her one bit. But I think she sees us the very same way... I wonder what happened to make her hate us... I don't really know what to think about all this...
Anastasia
I cannot understand why does Papa keep that strange girl. She's been here for a week now, and I've had enough of her! She looks at us as if we've done something bad to her.
Mama said that they are looking for her family and I hope they will find them, because I really can't take her! She's unfair...______________________________________
Alexandra passed by the room which door wasn't completely closed... What she saw, left her speechless...
" Unbelievable...." She whispered.Their new visitor was asleep. On the floor. The sheets, pillow and quilt were put on the floor and the child was sleeping on them...Her right hand was still clutching onto the scabbard...
" Okā-san... Oni-... Dame...!* [ Mother ... Brother... Don't...]The tsarina didn't understand what the child was muttering about, but she saw tears streaming down her face..
" Poor thing has a nightmare..." She said to herself. Alexandra shook her head in disbelief and sadness... This child should sleep clutching onto teddy bear not a weapon, for God's sake!
