This purple figure jumped me into a portal and I was met with the orange filter once again. I was relieved but I wasn't yet sure of my surroundings. My drive threw the portal wasn't pleasant at all, even though my eyes where closed for that whole two seconds. It felt like I was spinning inside of space for what seemed to be an eternity.

Groans and moans where leaving my body. The impact to the sand wasn't the cause of my dread, the sound and feeling of my bones cracking from being tied up so badly, tackled me with pain, pain and even more agonizing pain.

I stood on my knees, and let my eyes slightly open to see my good old safe zone, 'sand.'

Lucas and Grace walked towards me and helped me up. I sadly hadn't noticed before, but there eyes where bagged or maybe dry. could've been the effects of the heat in the region, or maybe I could've been the cause of the sorrow in there eyes.

Small smiles where built on there faces, as much as I knew nothing on this whole portal world issue , I couldn't help but feel like i was the only person who could help these people, these people I could've saved if only I for some reason did not let my pride get a head of me.

"Dante, you okay?" Grace asked. I could tell she wasn't asking because of my 'trip to green eyed man,' but was asking becuase of how frowned my face was. I didn't notice before, but as I was contemplating in my head, my eyes started to water, not because I was somewhat weak or overreacting to the fact I could've SAVED people who i believe saved me countless amount of times. But knowing I actually have nobody if not for these guys I don't even know.

Grace had her arm on mine while walking towards Leo who had his back against us. Lucas had his hand on my shoulder and he too noticed my facial expression. "don't worry about it man." Lucas assured. "I know u had that flashback to when you where at that beach." I looked at him confused as to how he knew that. "you had that vision last time you lost your memory." he sighed and hesitated to say what was on his mind.

I stopped walking closer to Leo and held Grace and Lucas back. "tell me what you guys what to tell me, I get that I was arrogant before and I get that I was an asshole, but... I'm diffrent now, trust me."

Not like the usual, but Lucas and grace looked at each other with what seemed to be a broken glare, there fake smiles where no longer visible, it was just frowns. They sighed before they both locked eyes on me.

Grace took both my hands and kneeled down a little so she could look me up. This whole situation was breaking my heart as my mind was just flashing blurry memories of when I was in the real world while playing the slowest songs whilst I locked my eyes onto Grace's now brown eyes as the clouds got darker. "please tell me you won't leave us to die, as much as I hate risking your company, I can't help but want to try everything in my power to leave this place."

She shed a tear, 'losing my company?' now I hated myself even more knowing that I was surrounded by 'FRIENDS' who where scared of speaking there minds, fearing that I (somehow the only person who can help them) would leave them to die and best of all, all because of my arrogance.

I was to stunned to reply, but yet again to proud to say I'm sorry.

I took Grace's hands and stood her up. She rapped her arms around me and drained my white sleaveless shirt in tears, Lucas then joined on top and braced both Grace and I. I had to follow and rapped my arms around both of them, and not a while later another pair of arms came on top and. Then another.

"I promise I won't let you guys down, I promise. " I assured with no confidence at all.

This all seemed like a somewhat wholesome moment but I was quickly met with the realization that there was more then just the four of us embracing to what seemed to be, as dull as it may sound 'the beginning of an era.' a strip of purple hair caught my attention.
