Truthful

"May, who was at the door?" Skye queried.
"Ward" May answered.
"No, I can't go with him, he'll ask questions!" Skye panicked.
"Don't worry, you can come shopping with Simmons and I, I'll just ask her." May says leaving.
"Thank you May, for everything" Skye calls.

10 minutes later
"Skye Simmons said she is in, so we will be leaving in an hour!" May called through Skye's bunk door. Ward heard what May had said as he was walking to Skye's bunk to try and talk to her again.
"Okay May!" Skye calls as she opens the door walking straight into Ward.
"Skye?" Ward asks "I thought we were going shopping?" Ward said confused.
"Yeah....but.....May.......Simmons.." Skye spluttered out unable to form a proper sentence.
"Skye is going shopping with Simmons and I" May stepped in saving Skye.
"Oh, well Skye can I speak to you please?" Ward asked making Skye jump as she was staring intently at the floor.
Skye didn't look up or even acknowledge the Ward was speaking to her. 
"Skye?" Ward asked again, this time Skye looked at May who saw what she wanted. May nodded at Skye and walked off.
"Skye, come on, what's the matter?" Ward asked again.
"Nothing, so just leave me alone." Skye said bluntly. She turned to leave but Ward caught hold of her hand.
"Let go of my hand!" Skye yelled starting to cry.
"Not until you tell me what's wrong!" Ward demanded
"Let me go!" Skye shouted
"Skye, come on please tell me what's wrong." Ward said softly as he let go of Skye's hand. All Skye could do was back away from Ward as she was terrified.
"Skye I'm sorry." Ward said as he saw her reaction. Skye just ran back into her bunk and slammed the door in Ward's face.
Ward just stood there for a while staring at the door thinking about what he had done wrong, he eventually decided that she needed to be left alone so went to the cargo hold and started to work out.

1 hour later
Ward was still working out. He kept punching the punching bag, running from wall to wall, sit ups, everything he could think of. He was so into his work out, well working his anger out, he didn't hear a small shuffle of footsteps come up to him.
"Ward?" Skye whispered, but Ward was unable to hear her.
"Ward!" Skye shouted. As soon as she shouted his name he stopped and rested against the punching bag. Still he didn't turn around.
"Ward, look at me please!" Skye begged. Slowly he turned round to face her.
"Yeah?" He replied still not looking at her.
"Ward, I'm sorry that I shouted at you." Skye said softly.
"What did I do? Because I was thinking and I haven't done anything wrong" Asked Ward slowly looking up to meet her in the eyes seeing that she had been crying as she had puffy red eyes.
"You didn't do anything" Skye insisted.
"Then why did you cancel shopping and freak out when you ran in to me near the bunks? Skye, I obviously did something wrong because you were fine with everybody else." Ward questioned.
"Ward I canceled shopping because yesterday when we were baking and the muffins were done, May scared you and I laughed, you gave me a really hurtful look and I was only playing but you looked really mad at me." Skye rambled quickly hardly pausing to breathe.
"Skye stop rambling, I didn't mean to hurt you by that look I gave you its just I don't really know how to show I'm fake mad look, I'll never want to hurt you Skye, you're you're my best friend." Ward explained getting embarrassed about admitting the last bit of the sentence.
"What was that?" Skye teased "You know the end bit, I didn't quite hear you!"
"You're my best friend, I don't know if I'm yours are you have FitzSimmons and May, but you're my best friend, first one in an long time, and I never would want to hurt you." Ward explained.
"Ward, you're my best friend as well, and I'm sorry for being that way earlier." Skye apologised.
"That's okay, now we got that sorted do you wanna go shopping with me or Simmons and May?" Ward asked.
"You, if the offers still there" Skye replied
"Okay give me 10 minutes to shower and change" Ward shrugged walking to the showers.
"Okay, I'll finish getting ready as well" Skye called to the retreating form of Ward.

Hiya - Sorry it's been such a long time. I don't really have an excuse I just sort of didn't have any inspiration, but I'm hoping to change that as series 3 is coming out in the UK soon, so I'll be watching that. I hoped you enjoyed reading it and hopefully will be updating a bit quicker than I have with this one. I probably won't be sticking to the story line, so if you have anything you think will go well in the story then please comment or message me.
