CAITLYN EURYDICE SCHREAVE IS BEYOND flawed, the blonde princess screams issues and anyone at a close enough distance to her can tell she was on the verge of her next big mistake. Caitlyn's older brother Clarkson tried his best to control Caitlyn, to prevent her from embarrassing their family, Caitlyn's mother Abby was too drunk to care and her father Porter was usually halfway across the kingdom with his newest mistress and bastards. The more Clarkson tried to control her, the more she would rebel. Caitlyn's newest scandal pushed her family over the edge as her honour became in doubt.

It was no secret in the palace that Princess Caitlyn was not a virgin, in fact she had flirted and tried to sleep with almost every person who worked at the palace, but this information was kept inside the place for a reason. Caitlyn's lady-in-waiting Xioe Valentine, had recently gotten engaged with a palace guard, Miller John. After a heat of an argument between Caitlyn and Xioe, Caitlyn hooked up with Miller, causing him to call of the engagement. Xioe was outraged and thought without reason, she told anyone who would listen about how Princess Caitlyn was a whore and the news picked up on the gossip and published it.

After hearing about the embarrassing news, King Porter pulls on strings to try and heal Princess Caitlyn's name and value. Despite Caitlyn not traditionally needing to marry until she was 18, King Porter decided that the best way to kill the gossip was to have a wedding.

Now in two weeks, Caitlyn Schreave and her twin sister Cora are forced to marry, Cait's husband-to-be, Emperor Mikhail Korolyov, a man who she despises. Caitlyn is determined to stop this from happening, even if she needs to hide in the stables for the next two weeks, with nothing but the horses and an annoying stable boy to keep her company.

This is probably my most mature fanfic yet, so if you are uncomfortable with topics such as abuse, I advise you don't read this fanfic.

This fanfic will mostly focus on the Schreave/Illéa siblings and how their parents' relationship, abuse and neglect affected them as people. There will also be a romance plot but it won't be the main focus!

This fanfic is apart of a series, on my friends's blondiescass account is the second book Mirrorball, which is about Cora, Cait's twin.
