CHAPTER 3

It has been about two days(cuz in da previous chapter,cuz I said so) since Kaveh moved to Mondstat,he had been enjoying the company of his friends there,he would talk with Lisa and Jean,go fish blasting with Klee and Albedo, Amber even taught him some archery skills,and when he was alone,he would sketch new ideas to make Mondstat even more beautiful ever since he got a job as Mondstats new architect.

Keaya:Hey Kaveh! Lisa told me to check on you. Whatcha doin there?

Kaveh:Oh,hi Kaeya, I'm just sketching, that's all.

Kaeya:Oh? May I take a look?

Kaveh:Of course, I just finished it!

Kaeya leans forward to look at Kaveh's work and is absolutely speechless.

Kaeya:Oh my~ What a wonderful piece of art. You sure are one talented architect.

Kaveh:Thank you!

Kaeya:How about to finish the day off,we go get a drink at my brother's tavern?

Kaveh:I didn't know you had a brother.

Kaeya: Sworn brother,heh~ It's absolutely fun to mess around with him,it's so funny how he gets annoyed.

Kaveh: Well,I'd love to meet him,so I'll join you!

Kaeya:FANTASTIC! LET'S GO!

They walked together to the tavern to see two people arguing infront of the tavern.

???:Oh come on! Just one drink!

???:You're banned from here for a reason!

???:Come on,please?~~~

???:No,and don't even think about stealing like you did last time.

Kaeya:Now,now Diluc, surely arguing with a customer is bad for the business, isn't it?

Diluc:This does not concern you, this bard is banned from my tavern until he learns to pay for his drinks.
(Pov:how on earth is he the anemo archon if he can't even pay for his drinks?)

Kaeya:Haha. This is Diluc,my brother and owner of this tavern, and this Venti the bard.

Diluc:Venti the drunk bard who doesn't pay for his drinks and is a complete idiot.

Venti:HEY! I AM NOT AN IDIOT!

Kaveh starts giggling,catching Diluc's attention.

Kaeya:This is Kaveh. He's new here-

Kaveh:Well not technically, I've been here before,I just didn't do much exploring in Mondstat that's all.

Venti:Well I'm Venti,nice to meet you.

Kaveh:Same.

Kaeya noticed Diluc staring at Kaveh.

Kaeya:(POV:Oh?~ I'm sensing love at first sight~ (ФωФ) )
Diluc~Why don't you introduce yourself to Kaveh here,you seemed to have your eyes on him for the past few minutes ~

Diluc:*Glares at Kaeya*
*Sigh* Please excuse my idiotic brother, I'm Diluc,the owner of this tavern.

Kaveh:Nice to meet you,I'm Kaveh,I'm an architect.

Diluc"Really? Interesting, you seem like a creative person.

Kaeya:Alright, alright, let's get ourselves some drinks,huh?

Venti:Right back at ya!---

Diluc:NOT.YOU.

Venti:Worth a shot.

Diluc, Kaveh and Kaeya walked into the tavern. Diluc poured their drinks and they started to chat. Kaeya noticed [again]that Diluc's eyes have been fixated on Kaveh the whole time the were talking.

Kaveh:This wine is spectacular! So good!

Diluc: Thank you Kaveh. I appreciate the feedback.

Kaeya:Maybe you two should hangout sometime. Wouldn't it be nice to get to know each other?

Diluc:Wha-

Kaveh:I mean-if he wants to,sure!

Kaeya:Diluc? My dear brother?~ Thoughts?

Diluc:.....I don't see why not,the tavern being closed for one day couldn't hurt.

Kaeya:WONDERFUL!
