This is the third novel-length work I've ever finished in my life, and I think it's the shortest by a lot. That doesn't mean I haven't had fun writing it. I truly did, although I know it sometimes was a while in between updates. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed crafting this story, and I am so thankful for each and every one of you who have cared to open it up.

Most people say "I don't write for anyone. I write for myself." And to some extent, I think that's partly true in my case. But truthfully, I also wrote this for each and every one of you, dear readers. I am so happy I was able to create something for you to enjoy.

I'm not sure I'm done with RDR1 yet. I've had an idea for a Bonnie McFarlane/John Marston story taking up space in my head for about a year now, and I think now is finally the time to start getting serious about it. Unlike for this story, I want to create an outline for it because I think my writing is better that way, and I may not start it for several months. In the meantime, keep your ears out and ready, and consider following me on Twitter or giving my profile a follow so you can get notified when I do eventually post that story. I also have a few other books you can take a look at in the meantime.

Thanks so much for the support of each and every one of you. It's been a wild ride, and I just want you all to know that I am truly grateful for all you've done for me. Remember, you matter, and the world is a better place because of you.

Yours,

~Alex Morgan
