The Shining House

Part 1

I'm Riley. I guess you would say I'm a normal teen. I go to school like everybody else and dance as a hobby.
Starting a year ago, I began to have a dream. THE SAME DREAM every night.It's a dream that makes me wake up in sweat and screams. It haunts me every night and even begins to haunt me throughout the day. It starts off with me having dinner with my family, but then we hear a noise from above. As if the skies were being ripped apart. Next, my mom and dad just fall to the floor and are knocked out cold. My brother, Jess, remains with me, but he seems to be a little off. My dream suddenly takes me to school , in which everyone is dropping like flies. Jess is still with me and tells me to run and not to look back. I begin to run, believing he is behind me, but he isn't. I always seem to not realize a dark figure following us, but Jess did. He stayed back to gain me some time. In my dream, he is always swallowed by this dark figure . The dark figure begins to follow me. I never escape it. I can't.
After a few dreams, something new happened. After my brother was swallowed by the dark abbiss, a person comes running toward me, screaming THE SHINING HOUSE. Though, after they say the Shining House, I can't hear the rest of what they say. So, I just run looking for the house. As I run, I can feel it chasing me, and as it gets closer, I get weaker. Right when I'm about to get to the house, my body fails me, and I collapse. I lay on the ground, and I see the dark figure. It approaches me slowly as to show off that it won. That's the end of the dream. THE dream that haunts me.
