Chapter 7 - Brittany Secret's

Weeks passed since Reggie got my number at Alexis party. I mean he texts me on a regular basis but lately I've been missing him. I mean it's not like I can just announce that I'm with him to the world. We have to keep it a secret. Because his friends don't know about us and neither does Alexis. It's hard holding information about me and my relationship with Reggie from her. I really miss seeing his face. So I decided to FaceTime him. He picked up after the second ring.

"Hey babe," he said as he popped on my phone screen. "How's LA?" He asked. "Hey, it's lonely without you," she said sadly. "I know babe but the long distance has to work for now, don't look like that, I miss you too," he said sounding oddly. "Well I was thinking maybe I could sneak to Idaho and visit you for a weekend," she asked happy, thinking he would be happy too.

"No!" He yelled realizing a moment after that he did. "I mean no babe that's not going to work out ok," he said hoping she didn't catch on. "How about I fly you out here than," she said whining. "Damn babe I understand you miss me but right now just isn't a good time," irritated with her she knows he hates when she whines. "Fine whatever Reggie," she said angry. "Babe don't be like that," Reggie said to her.

"What do you want me to say Reggie?" She asked as she heard Alex and Luke in the background yelling we are going to be late practicing with Julie and Flynn. "Look I have to go Brit but know I miss you too, text me" he said as he ended the call. Who the hell is Julie and Flynn? Are they doing a concert in Idaho and he didn't invite me?

After getting out of my thoughts, my mom walked in. "Hey babygirl did you edit the photos from the shoot with Johnny?" Her momager asked. "Not yet mom, I was just about to," Brittany replied. "Ok, babygirl just checking, well your going to be on your own for a couple of days, because your father and I are going to film festival in Italy," her mom said. Her mom exited out her room and Brittany grabbed her Mac Book Pro and started editing her pictures from the shoot with Johnny.

While she was editing her phone went off. It was Alexis, because her ringtone is best friend by Saweetie. She picked up after the third ring. Before she could say hey, Alexis said "so you weren't going to tell me?" Alexis yelled at her friend on the other side of the phone. Brittany froze for a second. "Earth to Brit, I know you can hear me," Alexis said. Snapping back to reality Brit said, "what Lexi?" Sounding annoyed. "Are you really going to play dumb with me turn on the TV," she yelled at me.

So I turned on the TV and it said breaking news, "the boys from the band Parker is going wild and crazy in Las Vegas. We just got photos from TMZ," the news lady said. "Lexi, you can't believe everything they say on the news or TMZ," Brit said to Alexis glad it wasn't her finding out I was with Reggie and I knew exactly where Luke was. "But what am I supposed to think, Brit" she said still mad. "How about we hangout tomorrow we can have a party my parents left for Italy," I said knowing she won't turn down a party.

"Ok cool, see ya tomorrow," she said as she hung up. Glad she dodged that cycle of questions from her bestie. She finished editing my pictures, so she texted Reggie. "Hey babe what are you doing? and who is Flynn and Julie?" She text. It took him a minute to respond. "Just friends from school nothing for you to worry about," he said. "If you so Reggie, those girls better not be the real reason I can't come see you," Brittany said having uneasy feelings about him being around other girls.

"Brit are you jealous? That's cute," he said laughing at her. While flirting and trying to get with Flynn at the same time. "Look I'm about to go home now practice is over, I will call you when I get to the house babe," he said to me, that was two hours ago. I started feeling hungry on top of my irritation with Reggie so I went into the kitchen and went into my junk food stash the maid had for me and grabbed two bags of chips and some little Debbie's.

As I made my way back to my room my phone went off again. "I swear if it's Lexi again," I said to myself as I made my way to my bed where my phone was. "Great it's Reggie," I said out loud irritated. "Answering the phone and eating my chips I managed to say "hi," after I swallowed my chips that were in my mouth I finished my sentence. "What do you want?" I said with a little attitude. "Babe I told you I would call you when I got home," he said trying to make her listen to his lie.

But honestly, he was outside of Julie's house asking Flynn on a date. He couldn't believe it took him two hours to do it. "Ok," she said smugly. "Why are you acting like this I told you they were friends from school. Plus we have a music class to pass. And the teacher paired all of us up with them," he tried to explain. "You don't trust me do you?" He asked throughing into her insecurities. "Yes, I do but," she said but before she could finish he said, "look you don't trust me and that's fine, but I have homework to do so I will talk to you tomorrow."

He said and hung up. I was felt in my thoughts something isn't right. But I will get to the bottom of this hanging up in my face shit. "You want to play games Reggie we'll game on baby
