Dark, icy water was surrounding Hope. Something pulls herdown, making it hard to move. No matter how much she try, the surface is out of reach. Panic sets in as she desperately fight to breathe, but there's only water surrounding her, leaving her feeling trapped and desperate.

Hope's senses heightened as she awoke with a startled gasp, surrounded by towering trees adorned with bioluminescent flora that shines in the lasts hours of the night. The air was thick with an otherworldly fragrance and she took a moment to stead her breathing and counted once again all her fingers.
' Take a breath. It was just a bad dream. We are safe, for now.'
Parvati and Ivanna were sleeping holding each other for warmth and a resemblance of comfort.

Steadily quiet she stood up and reached for the water containers picking up one and taking a few sips. This planet was hot humid during the day but cold and dry at night.  Casting a glimpse at her watch she concluded that this planet had a seventeen day hours and almost sixteen night hour. And she had only slept for around 5 of those. Hope knew that as long as they stayed in the open she wouldn't be able to fully rest. Her entire body was aching and her head keep pounding. Even then she couldn't bring herself to just relax and take a well deserved nap. And now, she really wanted to use the bush/toilet, but how could she. Hope was barefoot and a little scared to venture alone in the strange lighten up jungle.
Her bladder was about to explode, she needed to go. For a second she thought about asking one of the girl to accompany her, but quickly change her mind.

" Ivanna" she softly whispered to the sleeping blond.
The girl burbled a few nonsense before lazily open her eyes in a silent question. "Can I borrow your shoes? I really need to pee."

"Oh, of course!" Ivanna whispered back removing her ballerina flats." Do you want me to go with you?"

" No, go back to sleep. I will be right back."

A sluggish nod was all the response the blond girl manage to give before turning back to bury her cute sleeping face into Parvati boson.
Putting the shoes was a painful task. Her feet were covered in cuts and bruises but she would not complain, it was better than an actual broken foot. It was painful yes, but she could suck it up and walk.
Standing up on sore legs she made her way from the Human Conner to the blue bioluminescent jungle line. Hope was just one step to enter in the dense foliage when she heard a warning growl from one of they're guards.
Mortified to be caught in such situation she screamed whispered to the monster." I'm just going to relieve myself!" She didn't stay to see the guard reaction urging her legs to speed walk inside the tree line. Choosing to play on the safe side, she didn't stray too far from the camp, walking for no more than five minutes.
The blue and purple lights pulsating in the fantastic flora around her made her treck not only easier but a lot more safe as well. Hope stoped between two tall trees where a few roots coming out from the floor would make the perfect place to pee without any incident's.

Getting up from her embarrassing perched position she akwardly adjusted her underwear and skirt. When a soft breeze past by her, bringing forth the comforting smell of  fresh rain in a sunny day. Hope closed her eyes for a moment basking in the sensations such fragrance awoken in her tired body. Relaxed she looks around, smiling softly. This planet, even though it was the main stage for this deranged predictmnent, had this eerie beauty. During the day light it was rich green and full of life... But in the shadows of the night, it shone peacefully. It was sincerely breathtaking. For a moment, she felt the temptation to explore this new world, to forget about the futuristic gladiators back in the camp and just enjoy the once in lifetime opportunity to see a living breathing paradise.

Inspired by the turmoil of felling  inside her heart, she reached out to the trunk of a nearby glowing tree. The trunk pulsating light emanated warmth.
'It feels like a dream.' She thought to herself, astonished to notice the tree pulsated in synchrony with her own beating heart. Her small laughter resonated becoming just one more sound in the majestic cacophony of the very much alive nocturnal jungle.

Looking up, to the foreigner stars she was suddenly reminded of the reality of her situation. She was far from earth, surrounding by dangerous creatures, playing a deadly game. Casting a longing glance out in the scenario around her, she commit everything to her memory and start her now slow walk back to the camp, back to her Dark Warrior.

An annoyed grunt from the guard was her only greeting once she stepped out the treeline. 'Yeah buddy, fuck you to.'

She made a bee line back to the spot she had claimed for herself in the Human Conner. For a moment she debated about going back to sleep, but gave up the idea quickly because even if she managed a cat nap, only nightmares awaited her in Dreamland.

Observing them closely, Hope began to sense a complexity beyond the initial fear of the captors. The rhythmic clicks of their mandibles seemed to convey communication, and their imposing figures exuded a strange form of camaraderie. From her little conner, she had open view of the whole camp. The one she was looking for, was yet to show up. He disappeared sometime between the sunset and the time the guards brought them food. Under his flag, only one of the companions she saw last night stood, exchanging grunts and low growl's with another unknown Alien.

As it seems, some of the monsters were resting, others were dutifully standing guard and the others were either talking among each other or just busying themselves with anything to past the time. For a moment she just watched those intimidating creatures, taking in all she could see.  They were, in lack of better word, impressive. Absolute raw power lapidated to Showcase only the best. For the first time since seeing them, Hope found herself curious about they're society and custom's. Do they do mundane task like doing the dishes or buy groceries? How they came to gain space travel knowledge? Do they have God's to pray for and religion to follow up?

So many questions, so many theorys. Hope was a UFO enthusiast at heart, back on earth it was easy to find her buried deep inside conspiracy theories and end of the world plans. Here, in the presence of those formidable Aliens, she was given the opportunity to grasp at how little her own kind knows about the universe.
All those -what if's- and none came even close to the reality. Thinking for a moment, hope understood that she was actually grateful for how things turned out. Better be some pawn at a crazy game, than the guinea pig strapped on at some crazy Alien scientist experiment table. 'Thank you all the God's that it is not a breeding program.' her inner voice expressed, sharing some relief.

The young woman lost track of time, drawning inside her own head, theorysing and expeculating about those around her when she felt him, even before she saw Him coming back from wherever he had spent his night.
Mesmerized, Hope couldn't take her eyes out of him. The silence that toke over the temple was a testment of His power. Like the whole world stopped in suspension awaiting with holding breath for what he would do next. Urging her brain to obey she looked around, and saw every single eye was in his direction. ' Big guy seems really popular.' Her inner self began. ' The real question is he famous or infamous?'

The tense atmosphere resulting from His arrival answered the question. He was feared among his own.

The intense vibration coming from her watch jolted her out of her thoughts. Fumbling with the thing to make it stop she looked at the shining display informing that the timer she had set has stopped. Hope had a theory and if she was right, in no more that fifteen minutes, the guards wold come to awake the sleeping humans.

She didn't noticed that her silent alarm wasn't as silent as she expected, and certainly didn't see how fast all the room was now watching her with guarded eyes.  Hope was still to deep on her own schemes that she also fail to notice that her Alien had stopped mid-stride and was now staring at her back...
