"She held me spellbound in the night/ Dancing shadows and firelight/ Woo-hoo Witchy Woman/ See how high she flies"

"Well hello beautiful people. Did you miss me?" Layla spoke to the crowd and they respond with cheers. "Let's do this." Her voice was cool and calm. With the lights on they could see that along with the flowing dress she also had a shawl draped around her shoulders. Her hair was long and loose. Her eye makeup was styled like the Love Witch and her lips were painted red. It could've looked clownish on someone else, but never her.

The band began softly, building the music and she hummed along the first few bars.

"When I look out my window/ Many sights to see/ And when I look in my window/ So many different people to be"

She was mesmerizing to watch, ethereal. Eddie thought she was like living art on stage.

"Holy shit!" Graham said loud enough for the group to hear him. Billy nodded along astonished.

"What? Why do you all look like you've seen a ghost?" Karen asked.

"That's our sister" Billy responded.

"Oh my God, it is Layla!" Camilla said, the realization finally clicking.

"That's your sister?" Karen asked, eyebrows raised in surprise. "She seems cool."

"She is" all the boys said at the same time.

"Wait, does that mean the artist Teddy came to see is your sister?" Camilla asked Billy. A mixture of jealously and astonishment crossed through him. They can't get any producer to come see them, they've spent five months playing to tiny crowds at McNasty's and making no money. Yet at the same time, he had to admit he was impressed with his sister.

"I guess so." Billy said softly.

"Man, I think she got hotter" Warren exclaimed nudging Eddie. The blond shot him an annoyed look. Even though he agreed, he didn't like Warren saying it. "What? Still dreaming about her?" Warren asked with a laugh.

Warren Rojas: Eddie had been looking at Layla with those goo-goo eyes since the seventh grade [laughs] absolutely clueless those two.

"Thank you all for being such a lovely audience tonight, I've got one more song for you." Layla spoke over the beginning instrumentals of the song. "But I can't do this song alone, Please welcome to the stage my good friend, Don Henley!" The crowd applauded as Don Henley came out from back stage. It was surreal for the boys seeing a member of The Eagles singing with their Layla.

"Raven hair and ruby lips/ Sparks fly from her finger tips"

"Dude." Warren said shocked at what just happened.

"I know." Graham said.

"Dude!"

"I know!"

Graham Dunne: We had no idea what to expect seeing Layla that night, and her performing with a member of the Eagles was a shock to say the least. And that was just the beginning of the night.

"Don Henley, everyone!" Layla spoke when the song ended.

"The White Witch, everyone!" Don said after her. The two thanked the crowd, smiled and embraced each other before making their way off stage.

"Thank you for doing that, the crowd loved it." Layla said in the quiet of backstage.

"No problem, it's your song anyway." It was true, Layla wrote the song and gave it to the band for their first album. While Layla was working on music for herself she was also giving away music to others. She wrote more than she knew what to do with anyway.
