JENNIE POV

"Yah! Wake up!"
I groaned as my roommates loud voice echoed the room. She started shaking me forcing me out of bed, annoyed. I turn to face the other side , burying my face in the pillow to avoid her.

Eventually, I gave in. The sunlight was hitting my eyes anyway, I squinted at jisoo confused and half-asleep.

"It's still so early..Jisoo" I mumbled.

I groaned and glanced at the time. It was still an hour before school started, wayy too early to be up. Yet there she was, already waking me up. For what reason? I still needed my beauty sleep.

"Make me breakfast" She simply said.

I sat on my bed, still staring at her in utter confusion.

She repeated herself, like it was the most normal thing in the world. Like she was waking me up like I was her care taker.

Was she actually crazy right now?

"Are you crazy! You woke me up so i can make breakfast? Givee me a breakkk" I groaned, flopping back onto the bed and putting the pillow over my face.

Usually we take turns cooking breakfast, it switches depending on the availability or day. I must've forgotten it was my day. I can't believed I actually agreed to that.

"Come on! I beg you" She pleaded, i had already lost my sleep because of her nagging.

"On one condition" I said as a thought popped into my head, a smirk spreading across my face. She looked at me curiously while i pulled the pillow off my face and sat up.

"You're gonna tell me why you're awkward with Rose" I said with a grin.

Her expression shifted istantly, from excitement to total confusion. Like i'd just started speaking another language.

She ran a hand through her hair, clearly stalling. Eyes flicking away as she thought hard for what she's about to say.

"It's complicated" She said.

Complicated? I blinked. Since when did it get complicated? What happened between them?

"It's just..you wouldn't understand"
She huffed , sinking down into my bed.

I rubbed my eye, still half asleep but trying to shake it off and wake up.

"Trust me, i will..you don't have to say but-" She cuts me off

"I got a call last night"  She said her voice low.

My frown deepened. A call? From who?

Before I could ask, she stood up and started walking out my door. leaving my questions hanging in the air.

"Yah! We're talking!" I called out, quickly scrambling out of bed.

Not fully awake, I fumbled to slip on my slippers. Nearly tripping as i rushed after Jisoo down the hallway.

"I'll tell you, but make breakfast" She crossed her arms, i rolled my eyes and eventually gave up starting to make us a simple breakfast and a coffee for me.
I saw as she sat down at the table, looking like she's lost in thoughts.

"What call?"
I questioned, i knew a lot of jisoo personally since we've been roommates. We told eachother our ups and downs, and struggles. So it was a normal thing for us to do, it breaks the ice within us aswell.

"My parents called last night" She said, i listen intentivelg while cooking some scrambled eggs. Does lisa eat breakfast? Hm..What should i get her this morning
