Trailing behind Black Ballet Flats is one of my personal favorites, a Black Blazer. A well-cut blazer is the ultimate must-have. If you find the correct one, you should get a lot of mileage on it (I've had mine for years!). Blazer can spruce up a casual outfit and can even dress down an outfit that may be "too dressy". Plus, it's a great go-to when going for an interview! ;)
