2 weeks passed without Tobio even visiting the gymnasium once. Surely, if it was just a simple flu, he would recover way faster.

"He's probably lying. After all, Idiots don't fall sick."

Kei added, as they were talking about Tobio.

"I can't take this anymore, I'll have to drag him here to toss to me."

Shōyō hastily ran off looking for Tobio. He did not want to lose his setter over some 'flu'.

Wind blew, forming a whistle-like sound.

It was Tobio. looking up at the clear blue sky from the school's roof. There were dark clouds gathering, and he could hear thunder in the distance,

"looks like there's a storm brewing."

Tobio said to himself.

"Between volleyball and Hinata, huh?"

Whenever he thought about that decision, he could only think of how Shōyō is the one who made volleyball worth playing.

Tobio stood on the edge of the school's roof, the stormy wind embracing him and blowing against his soft, pale skin.

"I don't have anything to live for if I've lost him. So, there'll be no point in living, right?"

He said, without hesitation. His eyes deprived of light, but not just any light. His aura. Shōyō's aura.

"So maybe, this is for the better."

Tobio stuck his leg out and fell free, the cold wind brushed up against him, carressing his body. He felt relaxed.

Thud.

Darkness. Complete darkness.

The next moment, there laid Tobio, unresponsive. Droplets of rain started to wet the floor slowly, landing on the motionless Tobio. The tangerine-haired boy, shown kneeling next to him in the hectic weather. It was thundering, and it was dark. That reminded Shōyō of the aura Tobio always emitted. He knelt there. Not moving, nor crying. Just in shock of what Tobio had done to himself. He was in a daze.

Shōyō held onto Tobio's clenched up hand, realising he was holding onto something. A small paper ball.

It read,

"It wasn't a joke, Hinata."

Violent sobs filled the air, and rain, still pouring heavily.
