The harsh morning sunlight glazed down on my face, attacking my eyes causing me slightly to hiss as I lifted myself up into a sitting position to turn off of my alarm.

6:30..

I groaned as the trenching ache in my head started to become visible while my body fully awoke.

I shifted out of bed, letting my legs hang over the edge as I tried to adjust myself. When I was ready, I got up from the bed fully and rubbed the sleep from my eyes as I walked into the bathroom. My hands made way to the faucet. I splashed the cold water onto my face to wake me up a bit.

Once I was pleased with how I felt; I immediately opened the medicine cabinet, grabbing an aspirin for my throbbing headache, popping two into my mouth and instantly swallowing eager to get rid of my headache.

I went over to the shower and turned it on. "Nothing like a nice hot shower to start the day." I said to myself before discarding my clothes and getting inside.

Moments after thinking and dwelling in the shower, I decided that I was going to head into the studio early today and get some early practice in.

I finished zipping up my hoodie and grabbed my bag, ready to head out.

"Where do you think you're going?" I licked my lips as my hand was right on the handle. I turned around to Soph hands on her hips. "I'm heading to the studio." Her brow arched and she looked at me with disapproval. "Not without eating breakfast." I knew what was to come next.

"You know what they say, breakfast is the flounder of all." I had the words recited as she went on with them for the millionth time.

"Fine," I walked into the kitchen quickly and grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl. "Better?" I took a bite out of the apple. "There were eggs and toast sitting on the stove, but I guess it'll do." She shrugged as her face softened again.

"Good. Have the other girls waken up yet?" I quickly stopped midway at the door. "Nova is still asleep, and Chloè was gone before I got up." I thought for a moment before shrugging. "Well, cya later crocodile, and by any chance if I don't return by five o'clock sharp..there's a strong chance I'm locked up in a cell for murder." I joked, knowing I could never.

Soph giggled, following with a nod. "I'll make sure to tell Nova and Chloè that." Those were the final words before I turned away and left out to the studio.

I finished getting myself set up as I was ready to practice the group routine...well alone for now. I walked over to the mirror and looked at myself, trying to maintain confidence and ambition.

"Eva." I took a deep breath. "You. Are. Not. A. Failure." I let a smile form on my facs. "This field was made for you."

Why are you lying to yourself? You're a pathetic lost girl. I shook my head and recited the words a few more times until I overthrew the voice in my head. I went over to my phone and started to play the 'Dying Swan' I nodded my head as my anticipation grew in my veins. "You can do this, Evelyn."
