Teams POV
After the Amazo mission, which turned out to be rather simple, the team hit the showers and are heading to the rec room when they happen across an entertaining sight.
Namely, Spider Woman kicking Superboy's ass.
Now, none of them could say they didn't see this coming. From a practical perspective, Superboy really does have a problem with controlling his anger, and he could put the entire team in danger if he doesn't get a handle on it. So Spider Woman, as their leader, nipping it in the bud before it can escalate really is the best option.
But watching the fight, the others admit to themselves that none of them could have handled this as well as their leader.
Despite his technically young age, Superboy is still Superman's clone, with all the strength and invulnerability to go with it. That makes him a frightening opponent to face. Anyone on the team, even though more experienced, would likely have trouble.
But strong as Superboy may be, he has nothing on Spider Woman.
Punch after punch, lunge after lunge, Spider Woman effortlessly evades them all. Flipping, ducking, cartwheeling, and webbing around like it's child's play, Superboy can't land a single hit.
And, to his obvious frustration, she manages to land her own. Repeatedly.
"Ooooh."
The team winces in tandem as Superboy is sent flying into a wall from the mid back flip kick Spider Woman lands to his face.
This does not, however, stop Robin from giggling madly when Spider Woman decides to address the clone directly.
"Venga, toro, venga," she says in a deadpan.
Immediately understanding the girls meaning, Superboy growls angrily. However, before he can charge, he suddenly stops himself.
His pause is noticed by the rest of the team, and Spider Woman raises an eyebrow, smirking a little beneath her mask.
'Here we go.'
"You're making me angry," the clone rumbles with a grin, "wanna see me channel that anger?!"
He leaps at his leader, throwing another punch. This time though, when Spider Woman moves to dodge, Superboy's trajectory suddenly changes.
Sliding his fist to the side into her stomach, the female superhero flies back with the hit, before flipping and landing in a crouch.
