CHAPTER 26: WELL DONE

FABBY | FABIENNE

With my eyes closed, I surrendered to the embrace of the world, letting it envelop me like a comforting, warm blanket. In that tranquil darkness, where my eyelids shielded me from the outside world, I felt the gentle cradle of existence. The air around me seemed to carry whispers of nature, each breath weaving a connection with the unseen threads of the universe. It was a moment of serenity, where the world, like a familiar and soothing embrace, wrapped around me, creating a cocoon of tranquility while I saw nothing but darkness.

Zaryn kicked off my training, helping me feel every little motion in the air.

"Notice the soft leaf whispers," he said, his words like a gentle wind leading my new senses. His guidance turned into a dance of hushed directions. “Pakiramdaman mo ang bawat galaw nito, kung saan sila dinadala ng hangin. Feel everything that it wants to express.”

I widened my awareness, tuning into the natural melody. Leaves rustled, creating a gentle tune, and far-off bird calls added harmony. Zaryn's voice cut through agan, "Pick out each sound. Let the forest share its secrets."

With each moment, my bond with the woods grew. I caught the scamper of tiny creatures, the distant babble of the stream, and the steady heartbeat of the forest. It felt like nature's soul unveiled itself.

"Feel the energy in the trees. Let the vibes guide you." His words echoed with a wisdom beyond sound, and I plunged into the forest's heartbeat. "Now, stretch your awareness to the stream," he directed. "Sense the flow, the water's dance over stones."

I tuned into the stream, feeling the cool water swirling like a liquid story around rocks. Zaryn's presence merged with the elements, and I explored the unseen forest realm, where whispers spoke more truth than words.

"Now, focus your senses on me," he added. My head eventually turned to where I sensed his voice. "Release a force, like a hand stretching its way towards my direction."

Following his guidance, I conjured the energy. I felt the wind stir, a gentle current swirling around me, and then I directed it towards Zaryn. I could sense leaves being stirred, dancing together in response to the force I had unleashed. As the leaves twirled, a subtle yet tangible connection lingered in the air. Zaryn's presence seemed to harmonize with the elements, a dance of energies guided by an invisible force.

"Well done," Zaryn commended, his voice resonating with approval. "You've harnessed the unseen, like a conductor orchestrating the elements. Now, let's refine it. Picture a more precise motion, like a gentle caress."

Following his guidance, I envisioned a more delicate movement. The wind responded to my mental imagery, now tracing a graceful pattern through the air. Leaves followed suit, swirling in a mesmerizing dance, guided by the newfound finesse I applied to the force.

Zaryn's voice became a guiding melody. "Feel the subtleties, the nuances of the force you wield. It's not just power; it's a delicate dance with the elements."

I have always been a good student, and I have been complimented a lot due to my quick responses. I embraced his teachings, allowing the dance to become more intricate, the wind moving with a refined grace. The leaves responded, creating patterns reminiscent of an ethereal ballet.
