The young lonely deer

After leaving Pride Rock, Kiara goes off to play with Tommy, Gidget, Jokey and Jokeo, and Genie was watching over them. Tommy: "Okay, let's play hide and seek." Jokey: "Okay, who does the seeking?" Kiara: "Oh, how about me?" Jokey: "Why you?" Gidget: "Well she is the princess, and it's always ladies first." Tommy: "She's right, it's always ladies first." Jokey: "Okay, but where should I hide?" Jokeo: "Anyplace where we can't see you easily." Jokey: "Right..." Kiara: "Okay... 1... 2... 3..." Genie: "Go!" said Genie, as he and the others went to hide somewhere as Kiara counted up to 10. once she finished counting, Kiara begins searching for the others. She looked into the tall grass, then to the trees, but Kiara has not found anyone yet. However, Kiara did heard someone crying nearby, and decided to investigate. Once she got to the area where the source of the crying came from, Kiara sees a young deer buck around her age sitting on a log, crying as it seems. His name was Bambi (voiced by young Alexander Gould), and he was sad and lonely. Kiara: "Hey, what's wrong?" Bambi: "... It's not fair... she didn't do anything wrong... and yet Scar killed her..." Kiara: "Scar killed who?" Bambi: "... My mother..." Kiara: "Oh... I'm so sorry... when did she..." Bambi: "About over a week ago... during the battle on Pride Rock... it's not fair... she was the greatest mother ever... and now she's gone... forever..." said Bambi, before he got up and walks away. Kiara: "Where are you going?" Bambi: "Nowhere..." Kiara: "All by yourself?" Bambi: "Yeah... it's not like anyone will care about me... I mean I'm a nobody... who couldn't even protect his own mother..." Kiara: "Don't think like that, I mean there's bound to be those who would love to take care of a cute buck like you." Bambi: "You... you think I'm cute?" Kiara: "Well... for a little deer I mean, but hey, all little kids like are cute, right?" Bambi: "Uh... I wouldn't know... as I never hung out with other kids..." said Bambi, as he and Kiara were walking to a river. Unaware to the pair, two pairs of eyes came out of the water, watching the lioness cub and little buck coming their way. Kiara: "So... you never played with other kids before?" Bambi: "No... I was too shy... and I never been anywhere without my mother... but now... I'm all alone..." said Bambi sadly, before Kiara noticed the two pair of eyes in the river, which turned out to be a pair of savage crocodiles, named Brutus and Nero, who both burst out of the water, ready to clamp their jaws on the kids. Kiara: "Look out!" shouted Kiara, before pushing Bambi away from the crocodiles, who were both determined to have their meal. As the pair continued to run for their lives, Bambi then turned around and tried to get the crocodiles' attention. Bambi: "Hey!, over here!" Kiara: "What are you doing?!" Bambi: "I'll distract them!, you keep running!" called out Bambi, before Nero opens his mouth, ready to bite Bambi in half. But before the crocodile could get the chance, Kiara jumps on the crocodile's upper jaw, forcing him to close his mouth. Kiara: "Come on!, I'm not leaving you here!" said Kiara, before she grabs Bambi's hand and both ran away from the scene, while the crocodiles continued the chase. Of course that was when Boney 10 showed up and used his cane to bop the reptiles on the head, forcing them to run back to the river. Boney 10: "Sheesh... those crocodiles can be such brutes sometimes..." Kiara: "Boney 10!, boy am I happy to see you." Boney 10: "Well naturally, as you almost got eaten by a pair of crocodiles, who live in the river I warned ya not to go." Kiara: "You didn't say which river." Boney 10: "Didn't you see the sign?" Bambi: "What sign?" Boney 10: "That sign." said Boney 10, pointing at the sign that said 'beware of crocodiles, Brutus and Nero'. Kiara: "Oh... I guess we didn't noticed as we were too busy talking to each other." Boney 10: "Yeah... that reminds me... who is this kid?" Bambi: "Um... well I..." before Bambi could say anything, Tommy and the others came to the scene, with worried looks on their faces. Tommy: "Kiara!, are you okay?!" Gidget: "We heard the sound of the crocodiles and your screaming not too long ago..." Kiara: "Hakuna Matata, I'm fine, and so is Bambi." Jokey: "Who?" Bambi: "Uh... that's me... are you Kiara's friends?" Tommy: "Yeah, I'm Tommy, and this is Gidget, Jokey, Jokeo, and the blue guy is Genie, you ain't never had a friend like him." Genie: "So true." Jokeo: "Boy... if anything happened to you Kiara... I don't know if we could show our faces to your father, King Simba again..." Bambi: "Wait... King Simba is your father?" Kiara: "Yeah, I guess I didn't mention that." Bambi: "But then... that would mean... you're the new princess..." Kiara: "Yeah, that's right, though I'm still trying to get used to that being a fact..." Jokeo: "Let's not forget that your mom is the new queen too, and speaking of moms... where's your mom Bambi?, and does she know where you are?" Bambi: "I... I don't have a mother... or a father for that matter... my mother died in the battle of Pride Rock a week ago... and since then... I've been alone..." this made the others to gasp, feeling sorry for the poor little fawn. Tommy: "Oh man... I'm so sorry..." Bambi: "Yeah... I wish there were a way to bring her back..." Genie: "Well... even if I do still grant wishes... I'm not allowed to bring people back from the dead... and believe me, even if I could it's not a real pretty picture..." said Genie as he felt a shiver down on his spine. Kiara: "Look... Bambi... I know what you're going through, my dad spent most of his life feeling guilty of what happened to my grandfather... even though it was Scar's fault really, but my point is that you got to put the past behind ya and move on." Bambi: "How?, I have no mother... no father... I have nobody..." said Bambi sadly, before he begins to cry again. Boney 10: "Poor kid... it's clear that he needs a family... and fast..." said Boney 10, knowing that the little fawn needs a family, but he didn't know who could take care of him.
