The Future Looks Bright

Chapter 8

Takemichi's POV:

Y/N was frozen in place. Her hair began to dangerously turn a pure white color. But every time she twitched it was as if she was fighting back the urge to snap right then and there. In the future when I first met Y/N her hair was fully white.. I wonder what caused it?

Mikey was taking down guys from left and right, elbowing them into ground, roundhouse kicking them until he heard me shouting.

"What's wrong Takemitchy?!"

"D-Draken-Kuns been stabbed and Y/N isn't responding!!"

Mikey's POV:

Upon hearing Takemitchy my eyes shrunk. I looked over and saw Draken-kun on the ground and Y/N was battling with herself. If her hair turns white shit could turn south..

'These dudes just won't stop coming!' Mentally I cursed because whenever I tried to get to Takemitchy more guys kept appearing and blocking my way. Hanma grabbed my collar and send me backwards a few feet farther and farther from Takemitchy.

"Hanma."

I cursed through gritted teeth.

"Found you Mikey~"

Back to Takemichi's POV:

Takemichi watched as Mikey kept trying to battle his way through and now was fighting Hanma. He couldn't get to me.. but I knew he was trying his hardest.

Back to your POV:

I wanted to snap.. I wanted to so bad. All I could see was pure red. My blood was boiling hot, my left eye twitching as I stared down at my older brother.. it was over. It was all for nothing.

But then.. Draken coughed up blood. A sign of life. Almost instantly I regained my senses.. but little did I know a few strands of my hair turned white. In the process.

"Y/N! Takemitchy! Take care of Ken-chin!"

Mikey shouted.

"Right.. Right! Ok! Takemitchy, pick up Draken. I'll cover you! No time! If we don't hurry he could die!"

You finally regained your senses.

"R-Right!"

Takemichi picked Draken up on his back but clearly he was struggling. You covered Takemichi by punching anyone that even came close to the two. You sent someone into the nearby wall, sent another guy flying backwards and even karate chopped someone in the throat, instantly he started to cough up blood and fell to the ground.

When you were paying attention a metal pipe was sent striking you over the head almost immediately. You immediately grabbed the pipe, tossing it somewhere and you kicked the Moebius member in the face.

"ASSHOLE!"

"Y/N! Takemichi!"

Hina and Emma were running in your direction just as you sucker punched someone else.

"Hina! Emma!"

"We called an ambulance!"

The four of you sat around Draken, you were panting like crazy from all the people you took down. You clutched your side...

"Think I might have broken ribs."

"Hang on Y/N.."

Hina reassured while you were on the ground. Another group of people began to approach you.. through panted breaths and your soaking hair you looked up to see Kiyomasa.
