Fallen Devotion ( S! Moka )

Moka's pov-

"sigh.. They're back at it again." I mumbled to my friends. It's lunchtime, where everyone can stay free from the 'prison cells' and teachers.

"Who is it?" Yunah turned around to see where and who I was looking at. Once she saw what I looked at, she turned back around and her face looked annoyed.

"Unnie, who is that?" Right next to me, Iroha pointed at the four students, walking around. "That's F4, four worst students you don't want to meet. They bully people." She nodded after what I explained to her.

"They technically abu-" I covered Wonhee's mouth before she could say anything. "Just don't go near them, ok?" I uncovered Wonhee's mouth and Iroha nodded.

I was about to go back to eating until I heard someone yell out my name. "Moka unnie!" I turned around and saw Iris running towards me.

"Chanelle unnie got the red card!" I froze then quickly stood up and sprinted. Her locker wasn't too far away from the cafeteria.

If you didn't know, F4 contains four people that physically and mentally abuse students. Those four people are Hwang Intak, Jeon Doyum, Kim Gaeul, and lastly Lee Y/n. Hwang Intak is the leader of F4.

F4 chooses a specific person every week, and if that special person opens their locker to find a red card, it's almost all over for them.

The red card means that f4 will physically abuse that person until they find a different one to pick on.

"Wait why is F4 in the cafeteria if Chanelle unnie is at her locker?!" Iris yelled behind me. We both ran even faster and before we knew it, Chanelle was already gone from her locker.

Chanelle unnie's locker was wide open with the red card inside. I grabbed it and took a good look at it.

"Their stupid minions must've took her to the cafeteria." I groaned and set down the card. "I think not." I heard behind me.

I turned around and saw all of F4 behind me. Intak stared at me, up and down. "Iris, run to the cafeteria and alert the rest." I whispered to her. She froze and nodded slowly. Soon, she ran off.

"Aye aye, no keeping secrets." Doyum blurted out. Many students began to surround us and had their phones up, recording.

"So much for high labeled students." I scoffed. "I don't get it, so many girls and guys love us. Why doesn't your group, huh?" Intak slowly walked towards us.

I started to realize what was happening. "Chanelle doesn't have the red card does she? You forced Iris to come fetch me."

"Oh? You're smart aren't you? I Expected from a daughter of a poor family." He started laughing and it hurt to hear him insult about my family.

"Intak, that's enough. Moka is not our target." Y/n placed their hand on Intak sunbaenim's shoulder.

"So? We can still pick on whoever we want." He scoffed back at Y/n. Y/n actions made me wonder what side they're on.

"We play by rules. We choose a person by putting a card in their locker! Plus, Chanelle isn't our target either!" The both of them were causing a scene.

People started to whisper around us. The two of them were about to argue until Gaeul sunbaenim came in between them.

"What are you guys, like five? Behave, gosh!" Her words made Y/n back up from their position.

"Tch.. alright alright. So long Sakai Moka!" Intak turned around to leave the hallway. Just when I was about to leave, I swear I felt like Y/n want to stay and apologize. But bitchy people like them don't, so they left and walked with the rest of f4.

Geez, now they wasted my lunch time.. I didn't feel like going to class (guys don't actually skip classes for a main character moment 💀), so I went up to the rooftop to get some fresh air.

The school building air is definitely polluted. I started walking up the stairs and when I looked up at the door, I realized that is was opened. Is someone skipping class too?

I walked in and saw no one in the area. But when I walked closer to the corner of the rooftop, someone was sitting there, drawing.

"You ruined the peaceful feeling." They said to me. I guess i walk extremely loud... according to them.

"Y/n?" I questioned the person on the ground. They turned around as the sun lit their pretty eyes. The wind and hair was a paid actor for them too.

Wait huh.

"I thought you're a good student. Why are you skipping class huh?" They stared at me and closed their notebook harshly.

"Geez I should be the one to ask. Oh wait never mind because you're probably failing all of your classes." I wanted to turn around and leave but they quickly stood up and grabbed my wrist.

"I'm sorry about Intak earlier. I'm sure he didn't mean it.." They whispered. I yanked my wrist out of their hands.

"Hmmm let's see.. I would like to hear the apology from your leader and not from you. Why are you apologizing exactly? Do you do this to everyone who your group abuses?" I left them stumped.

"I umm... no. I don't apologize to everyone after what we do. You're an exception to me." I glared at them but their eyes were soften as they stepped closer to me.

"Why is that?" I ask while stepping back every time when they stepped forward.

"I li-" They stop.

"sigh... I just don't want Intak to hurt you. You're important to me and only me. I would fight Intak just for you to not get hurt. I would drop out of F4 if I have to."

They took out their notebook and gently places it on my hands. They wrapped my fingers around the book so I could get a good grip.

I wasn't dumb nor confused...I think. "Flip through if you want. I hope you don't find me too weird." They walked past me and went back inside of the school.

"What on earth?" I whispered to myself. Their notebook is just sitting in my hands, waiting for me to open it.

I flipped the first page and saw a pretty drawing of me. I gasped and looked at it with awe. Scary accurate though..

I flipped through more pages and found small little letters Y/n writes in the book for me like:

"I liked the way you complement the flower today like it was alive. It was cute"

"Have a good day :)"

"Study well and don't forget to eat!"

When I flipped to the last page, there wasn't a drawing. But there were 3 words in the center of the paper.

"I like you"

YAYAY I'm finally alive 🥳. Should I make a separate book only for ILLIT????
