(Noctis pov)
Another couple of weeks have gone by since the secret spell-casting club was discovered. Pretty much everyone in the school has been talking about it as if it was the biggest gossip of all time. Some of the second and third years would call me a genius, while others like the fourth and fifth years would call me bold and daring. The sixth and seventh years jokingly commented that Hogwarts probably wouldn't survive after they graduated. Anyway, the trio has been continuing to make sure that nothing has gotten past fluffy. Every time we passed the third-floor corridor, the three of them would press their ears to the door to check that Fluffy was still growling inside. Snape was sweeping about in his usual bad temper, which surely meant that the Stone was still safe. Whenever Harry passed Quirrell these days he gave him an encouraging sort of smile, and Ron had started telling people off for laughing at Quirrell's stutter. I on the other hand viewed him with caution and suspected that he was planning to make his move on the stone. Whenever I saw him wandering the halls. I would occasionally try and use Legilimens to see inside his head, I discovered a lot of dark stuff in there, and just as I was about to extract his memories I was suddenly pulled out of his head. I looked at Quirrell with a disheveled expression and before he could turn around and find the culprit, I instantly left the scene. After that, I pondered on what just happened, cause I felt that there was more than one mind. I decided to stop investigating for a while and focus on the day.

Hermione, however, had more on her mind than the Sorcerer's Stone. She had started drawing up study schedules and color-coding all her notes. Harry and Ron wouldn't have minded, but she kept nagging them to do the same. She didn't do the same for me as I already was prepared for the exams.
Ron:" Hermoine, the exams are ages away."
Hermione:" Ten weeks! That's not ages, that's like a second to Nicolas Flamel."
Ron:" But we're not six hundred years old. Anyway, what are you studying for, you already know it's an A."
Hermoine:" What am I studying for? Are you crazy? Do you realize we need to pass these exams to get into the second year? They're very important, I should have started studying a month ago, I don't know what's gotten into me. . . "
Unfortunately, the teachers seemed to be thinking along the same lines as Hermione. They piled so much homework on them that the Easter holidays weren't nearly as much fun as the Christmas ones. It was hard to relax with Hermione next to the three of us reciting the twelve uses of dragon's blood or practicing wand movements. Harry and Ron were moaning and yawning as they spent their free time in the library with her, trying to get through all their extra work. Luckily I was there to help them, the both of them thanked me, as they might go through all the homework early.

Ron:" I'll never remember this." he said burst out one afternoon, throwing down his quill and looking longingly out of the library window. It was the first really fine day they'd had in months. The sky was a clear, forget-me-not blue, and there was a feeling in the air of summer coming. Harry, who was looking up "Dittany" in One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi, didn't look up until he heard Ron say, "Hagrid! What are you doing in the library?"
Hagrid shuffled into view, hiding something behind his back. He looked very out of place in his moleskin overcoat.
Hagrid:" Jus' lookin'. An' what're you lot up ter? Yer not still lookin' fer Nicolas Flamel, are yeh?
Ron:" Oh, we found out who he is ages ago. And we know what that dog's guarding, it's a Sorcerer's St--"
Hagrid:" Shhhh! Don' go shoutin' about it, what's the matter with yeh?" he said looking around quickly to be sure that no one was listening.

Harry:" There are a few things we wanted to ask you, as a matter of fact, what about who's guarding the Stone apart from Fluffy--"
Hagrid:" SHHH! Listen -- come an' see me later, I'm not promisin' I'll tell yeh anythin', mind, but don' go rabbitin' about it in here, students aren' s'pposed ter know. They'll think I've told yeh--"
Harry:" See you later, then"
Hagrid shuffled out of the library.
Hermoine:" What was he hiding behind his back?
Harry:" Do you think it had anything to do with the Stone?"
Ron:" I'm going to see what section he was in," he said as he had enough of working got up, and came back a minute later with a pile of books in his arms and slammed them down on the table.
Ron:" Dragons! Hagrid was looking up stuff about dragons! Look at these: Dragon Species of Great Britain and Ireland; From Egg to Inferno, A Dragon Keeper's Guide. "
Harry:" Hagrid's always wanted a dragon, he told me so the first time I ever met him."
Noctis:" No offense to Hagrid, but it's against our laws, as Dragon breeding was outlawed by the Warlocks' Convention of 1709, everyone knows that."
Ron:" It's hard to stop Muggles from noticing us if we're keeping dragons in the back garden -- anyway, you can't tame dragons, it's dangerous. You should see the burns Charlie's got off wild ones in Romania. "
Harry:" But there aren't wild dragons in Britain?"
Ron:" Of course there are. Common Welsh Green and Hebridean Blacks. The Ministry of Magic has a job hushing them up, I can tell you. Our kind have to keep putting spells on Muggles who've spotted them, to make them forget."
Hermoine:" So what on earth is Hagrid up?"
Noctis:" Either he has a keen fixation on learning everything about dragons or he somehow managed to get a dragon into the school."
Hermione:" No way! Hagrid wouldn't do something that crazy right?"
Noctis:" Something tells me he might."
