I woke up to my alarm going off and my cat Kitties meowing while she sits on my stomach looking at me.
I immediately sat up on my bed as my cat ran off.
I checked to see what time it was....it's 7:05am! I was supposed to be at work at 6:40am....I slept through my damn alarm.
I immediately got up from my bed and ran to the bathroom. I didn't have time to shower so I just
washed my face quickly, brushed my teeth, brushed my hair (I didn't want it to get tangled).
I'll usually do my makeup not too much though but again I didn't have time. I just put on some mascara and eyeliner and some black eyeshadow....

After all that I ran back into my room I turned on my light and started to put on my uniform, spay some perfume on, and put on deodorant...and put on some clean socks on after..
I ran to my living room to find my shoes. I found them next to the front door.
I grabbed them and sat down on the couch and started to put them on.
After I put on my shoes I got up to grab my car keys and made sure I had my phone and walked outside..
I unlocked my car and opened the driver seat and got in. I quickly connected my phone to the car and went on Spotify to play "Last Night" by Diddy featuring Keyshia Cole.
I started to drive to my job hoping my manager wouldn't get mad at me for being late...AGAIN.
Time Skip
I had made it to my job. Early I parked my car and walked in. I was serving a customer until my friend Sierra informed me that our Manager wanted to see me....Great....
I walked to my managers office.
"Korey please sit..."- Jasce (Korey's Manager )
I sit down on a chair across from Jasce...
"You wanted to see me"- Korey
"Korey...your a good waitress...but you always come to work late...and that's an issue"-Jasce
"I know I know but I promise-" I get cut off
"Korey....You make promises then...you break promises....I know you won't like this but it's what I have to do....I'm letting you go"-Jasce.
"W-what?!... Letting me go?!"-Korey
"Yes...your fired...I'm really sorry but ever since the first week you have been...late.."-Jasce
"Jasce are you fucking serious!?...I need this damn job!"-Korey
"If you needed it...Why were you always late?"-Jasce
"....Screw you and your damn restaurant!...I don't need someone like you to tell me what to do!"-Korey.
Jasce tried to say something but Korey got up and walked towards the door and started to walk out... slamming the door behind her.
Her co-worker Sierra looks at her worried and concerned.
I glared at her before walking out of the restaurant.
I walked to my car and unlocked it. I opened the door to the driver's seat and got in and sat down as I close the door...

I drove home and got out of my car and walked to the front door as I lock my car.
I unlocked my door and walked in closing the door behind me....
I took off my shoes and sat down on the couch. My cat walked towards me and sat down on my lap...I start to pet her and she starts to purr...
We stayed in this position for about a minute or two until I got a knock on my door...

I got up as my cat jumps off of my lap as I get up. I walked towards the door and opened it..
"Korey.... Pierce right?"- idk.
"..yes I'm Korey Pierce...why?"-Korey
"I have a paper for you..."-idk
The man hands me a letter and walks off...
I closed the door and walked to the couch and sat down as I open the letter.
Dear Korey Pierce, We are informing you that you have 30 days-
NO WAY IM GETTING KICKED OUT OF MY APARTMENT.
I looked at the paper shocked..
I get fired from my damn job now I'm getting kicked out of my apartment!!
I crumble the paper and threw it on the couch....
I got my phone out and called my mom...
