Jungkook hadn't slept for a day so there were bags under his eyes, the moment he learnt of his wife's disappearance from Bambam, he nearly lost it.

He managed to track her down just to end up seeing a bunch of people hurling insults and profanities toward her, his fury reached a boiling point, he took out his gun and before he could shoot, a brick smashed onto the leader's head. He was stunned at first but the moment he saw Lisa's weakening body, his fury was ignited and he began to shoot them one by one.

He immediately rushed to his beloved, her whole body was hot and red, her breathing uneven and her brows furrowed.

Lisa's vision was blurred and her body was giving up on her, she was unwilling to succumb.

"Jung... kook... help..."

She said before passing out with tears rolling down her cheeks. Jungkook's heart skipped a beat when she called his name, he immediately carried her out of the alley and hurried to the car.

He drove at full speed, ignoring the traffic lights. The moment he arrived at the hospital, a doctor hurried to meet him.

"What's the emergency?"

"She has a fever." Jungkook panted as he looked at his wife.

"Just that?"

"Kim Seokjin!"

"Okay okay I'm on it, jeez."

He couldn't help but let out a series of complains and grunts as he treated her unwillingly. He was the best doctor in the hospital yet he was summoned to treat a common fever.

Jungkook sat worriedly and held Lisa's hand.

"I heard from Taehyung about Lisa's change in attitude."

Jungkook didn't respond and just kept looking at his wife's sleeping figure.

"Jungkook, a person doesn't change overnight. You know she's just deceiving you so why do you still choose to be deceived."

"Shut up."

He said in a whisper, he wanted to believe her but deep down, he didn't believe his wife had changed. Jin was right, her change was too sudden, too abrupt, it was... too good to be true! It's almost as if she was a completely different person. Even if she was just deceiving him, he was willing to bask in her love at least once just to soothe his aching heart.

Jin sighed and left the ward, his friend was not in the right state of mind.

Jungkook brought her hand close to his lips and kissed it.

"He's lying, you love me, right Lisa?"

His eyes were bloodshot as he gazed at her intently.

Jungkook went without sleep again, this time, he was looking after his wife. His phone began to vibrate, signaling an incoming call. He went outside and picked up the call, his voice was hoarse and his eyes were red.

"Boss, I've found the culprit, it was the madam's friend but there seem to be a mysterious person backing her up."

He ended the call and went out of the hospital, he knew who that 'mysterious' person is.

Lisa woke up with a jolt, she quickly scanned her surroundings.

"Am I... in the hospital?"

"You sure are." A voice said sarcastically. She looked at the door and saw a handsome young man in a white coat with a stethoscope around his neck walk in. She was guessing he was a doctor.

"Where's Jungkook?" Lisa asked, the urgency in her voice was not concealed. It was today, the accident was supposed to happen today, she won't feel at ease unless she's with him.

Jin rolled his eyes, "Oh, so you care about him now?"

"Where is my husband?!"

Lisa shouted, he was taken aback when he saw her crazed look.

"I don-"

Before he could finish his sentence Lisa had already pulled out her IV drip and staggered outside.

"H-Hey!"

Jin quickly chased after her but the door was locked.

"Hey! Lisa open the door! F*ck!" He cursed and began to search his pocket.

"The f*ck? Where's my phone?!" It then dawned on him that he had left his phone on the desk in his office.

"Sh*t!"

Lisa went to the hospital's garage and quickly hijacked a car, she started driving at high speed, trying to catch up to him.

"Please be safe, please be safe." She chanted in her heart like a mantra.

The moment she reached a less busy street, she saw a familiar Rolls Royce Phantom. Before she could breathe a sigh of relief an incoming truck started approaching the Rolls Royce at high speed.

Lisa's eyes widened as she sped up the car.

"Jungkook!" She scremed.

Without thinking, Lisa rammed her car into the truck which sent them tumbling in another direction.

Jungkook saw a truck driving towards him at high speed, before he could react, he heard someone shout his name. He turned and saw his wife who was supposed to be in the hospital driving a Mercedes Benz C.

He could do nothing as he saw his wife's car collide with the truck.

Jungkook's eyes widened and he felt his soul leave his body, he refused to believe what he saw, he absolutely refused to accept it. He slowly made his way out of his car, and walked towards the deformed car on the road, each step he took felt as if it would be his last.

"Lisa, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa..."

He mumbled as he got closer to the car. He saw his wife bleeding profusely, her whole face was smeared with blood that kept flowing from god knows where.

"Lisa... lili..."

He could barely stand on his feet, tears started streaming down his face.

He kicked the distorted door aside and carefully pulled his wife out, he kept mumbling her name over and over again.

Her hospital gown was drenched in blood.

"Lisaaaa!!!"

Jungkook screamed in despair.

"Jungkook!"

Jimin and Taehyung shouted as they rushed towards their friend. They were stunned when they saw Lisa in his arms, she looked like she was baptized in blood.

Jimin tried to take Lisa away but Jungkook shot him a murderous glare.

"Kook, we need to get her to the hospital else she'll not make it." What Taehyung said seem to snap him out of his trans, he immediately rushed towards his car and drove at high speed to the hospital.

"Hang on Lisa, we're almost there."

His tears didn't stop falling.
