Nillia pov:
My eyes were closed while my head was resting on Alice's shoulder. Jasper's arms were loosely dangling over my legs that were laying on his lap, while he and his brother tried to distract themselves with watching sports. The last few days were absolutely draining and we all were so hungry for just the smallest drop of blood. My mate wrapped her arm around my shoulder, pulling me further into her side while her eyes remained to stare at the human.
"We need to find a way to get some food into her system" Esme spoke, getting more and more concerned about Bella's state. "If I could only see the fe- the baby" Alice quickly corrected herself before Rosalie or I could. "Maybe I could figure out what it wants" A few seconds of everybody making up their minds of every possible thing the child could want, went by and I opened my eyes, sitting up.
"I think you might be right" Edward nodded after reading what Jacob had thought of. "Jacob just had an idea" The boy informed everyone. "It wasn't an idea, it was a snide comment" He silently laughed, which I didn't find fitted the current situation as much. "Look at you, joking about the dying girl next to you" I eyed the boy, huffing when Esme called my name.
"What were you thinking?" Carlisle asked the slightly amused boy. "That it's probably just looking for someone to sink it's teeth into" He smirked, all of us looking down when we just were reminded of how bad we longed for things concerning that too.
"He's thirsty" Bella glanced up at her husband, holding her belly with the last bit of energy she had. "I know the feeling" Emmett stated, causing me to nod slightly as an agreement. "If it's craving, it's not gonna want animal blood" I noticed how my brother did the same as I did, snapping my head towards Carlisle. "I have some O negative laid aside for Bella"
Alice sighed, standing up and securing my hand in hers. "Walk with me?" She took Jasper's as well, leading us out of the room. I sat down on the front porch with Alice kneeling down before me. "I'm so hungry" The pixie leaned my head against her own chest, stroking my hair. "I know, baby" She cooed, looking at Jasper as he sat down next to me.

The next day went by and I was sitting in the living room with Alice, Rosalie, and Bella. "EJ? Don't you think that's a little too much?" I asked the human, imaging how Edward would feel if he would be constantly reminded of his enemy, whenever saying the name of his own son. "Can't we come up with something just a little more classy?" The blonde posed, ending her question with a sigh as the dog suddenly appeared.
"Hey" The human smiled at him once we helped her up, holding her hands so she wouldn't fall back down. "Are you okay?" She queried a few seconds after the boy remained to be silent. "Yeah it's not like I'm the one carrying a demo-"
"Stop that" I glared over Bella's shoulder, Jacob pursing his lips as he went still. "This is pretty important, Bella. Why don't you tell Jacob what you've decided" He turned his head to Edward, looking a bit worried about yet another self-made decision. "What now?"
The vampire giggled softly, "They're trying to talk Bella out of her baby names" I nodded along with the blonde. "They hate them"
"We do" I agreed. The dog smirked, "Well then I'm on your side, no matter what you picked" Rolling my eyes, I spoke through gritted teeth, "Of course you are"
Bella looked up at Rosalie, "They're not that bad" I giggled shortly, glaring at Alice who shook her head in trying to tell that they are. "If it's a boy, EJ. Edward, Jacob" The boys had soft smiles on their faces, while the blonde sighed, lowering her head, "Okay, fine, that one's not awful" I slapped my hand through her curls. "Don't encourage her"
"Why don't you tell him the girl's name" Rosalie spoke a bit bitter, despising the name as much as I did. "I've been playing around with our mom's names, Renée and Esme. And I was thinking.. Renesmee" Jacob nodded, his mouth open as he was processing what kind of construction of names Bella put forward. "Renesmee" He repeated, making sure he wasn't deaf. Edward snickered, probably at both, Jacob and his unborn child for having such a name. "Too weird?"
"Yes" I whispered from behind her, glancing at the dog who didn't know what to say. "No, that's not too weird. It's beautiful" Both me and Rosalie stared at Edward with our eyes wide. "It's unique, which certainly fits the situation. I like Renesmee" I couldn't help but let out a stupid laugh at that. "He called his kid a situation" Alice hit me with her elbow, knowing she can't laugh at that even if she wanted to.
Rosalie rolled her eyes when her brother said he was fond of the name and went to grab her cup filled with the blood the human had to drink. Just when Bella was about to take the cup out of her hand, her back cracked, making her fall back and let out a scream of agony. Everyone was by her in a second, trying to catch her body. "Fuck" Edward breathed out and picked her up, carrying her to the room Carlisle had all his medical stuff in.
He laid his wife down while Alice was onto calling Carlisle. The human's breathing was unsteady, sometimes she wasn't breathing at all, only screaming in pain. "Carlisle?" My mate shouted into the phone. "Carlisle, the baby, it's happening"
"Rosalie, pass the morphine" The blonde did what her brother ordered her, seizing the needle before Edward stabbed it in his wife's leg. "Carlisle said the placenta must have detached" Bella let out a yelp at the sharpness of the needle, gripping onto my hand as tight as she could. "He's coming as fast as he can, but-"
"We'll have to do it" Rosalie cut her off, shaking her hand as she stared down at Bella's bruised body. "We don't even know how to deliver a child" I raised my trembling voice nervously. "We have no other choice Nillia" The blonde's black orbs glanced at me, nodding carefully.
In a split second, she grabbed the scalpel, lining it with Bella's stomach. "Rose! let the morphine spread" The oldest in the room grasped his siter's arm, stopping her from doing something she will possibly regret. "Ed, he's dying" I uttered, pushing his arm off of Rosalie's. "GET HIM OUT, NOW" Bella screamed, locking her eyes with Jacob's as he told her to do so.
Rose didn't hesitate to slice her belly open, the brunette letting out an ear piercing scream as a response to the pain. "Oh my God" I breathed out, covering Jacob's eyes as he couldn't bring himself to look away.
Her eyes screaming for blood as she looked at the dark red covered scalpel; loosing control just for a second would've been enough. "Rosalie, don't!" The wolf yelled, tackling her to the ground, causing her to lose her grip on the sharp object.
