Having trauma could uproot our lives, our self confidence, our believe systems in so many ways that it's a little scary to think of.
First of all, to all the people dealing with it -
I'm so sorry. No, you weren't meant to go through it all. No you weren't chosen to feel that pain and anxiety. But I'm so sorry that it happened to you.
And no.
It does make you strong, isn't a reason enough, or will never be a reason enough to endure all the sufferings.Yes, people could've told you, that only because God had faith in you or because he / she trusted you, you went through the pain.
But no, that doesn't make sense. Of course, God trusts in everyone of us. After all, he's the creator.
(if anyone doesn't believe in God, think of whoever created you and I - for you it could your parents, nature, Universe. Whoever you want it to be)
Yes, we try to rationalise the pain because our brain cannot handle the fact that we were made to suffer for nothing.
Brain doesn't understand the concept of nothing. It needs to have a logical explanation to everything and so, we go through pain and try to explain it off.
Of course, to get a kid's mind off of falling and to give them the satisfaction, we hit the ground pretending it could get hurt too. But that's just an explanation. It doesn't make actual sense.
However, we cannot alter what happened to you but we promise to come together and give other people a safe haven.
We promise to not make people feel unsafe but to have their back no matter what.
Hope this update was able to help somebody out.
Thank you!!!
Loads of love and comfort everybody!!
