In other news, the mayor has appointed the different sides as the light side City because they are the real heroes."
The light side was shocked upon hearing what was on the news." Ha, they got that out quick." Virgil said calmly, while the other light sides had a different reaction. Patton was crying. Logan shut down, and Roman was outraged. He jumped up and started yelling." How could they turn on us so quickly after all the good we did for them there, treating us like the villains!" Janus rolled his eyes." What did Toe expect? The mayor is the dragon witch, and you guys are loose ends, and as the mayor, he can tell the people anything to get the suspicion off of him, and who will the people Believe, the well-loved mayor or the alleged criminals." Remus burst out laughing as Roman defended in defeat.
Remus and Janus got up and headed for the door." Where are you two going? I thought we were planning?" Patton called out." We have jobs, Patton cake how do you think we pay for our apartment and gear? We don't get money from the city for fancy headquarters and top-of-the-line equipment." Then Janus got an idea." Roman, you go with Remus to the shop. Login will accompany me to the office, and Patton will escort Virgil to the shelter." Remus sighed in frustration about spending time alone with his estranged twin." Come on, Robro, let's go. I have clients, and I think Thomas would like some time alone with our friend Nico." Thomas's face grew a bright shade of red. Remus laughs he knows Nico needs a good time so he can relax, and Thomas seems willing.
