It was a happy family of four, as they were shifting to the capital, their new home and a new start, Inspired every member with encouragement and excitement to a whole new beginning.

A new Home, a new school for their kids and a healthy relationship without any conflicts between the mother and the father.
It was a lovely environment for improvements.

A new society and new colony, they felt real nice. It was peaceful. Their house was surrounded by many trees, including weed and a hint of herbs. The neighbours weren't vulgar like their previous ones, they even welcomed the family with their baking and friendly beverages to prove their hospitality and good-bonding.

Leaving the unpacking and worries to the adults; the two children, namely Evie and Eden, concluded to engage in their own activities and passions.

Eden being a responsible older brother at all times, continued his own academic progress. While on the other hand, a lovely child named Evie roamed out to examine and judge her new environment. The scent of herbs, the sound of birds and squirrels playing on that one big tree made her eyes lit up with joy.

She was looking forward to making amazing friends here in this colony. For her age, this was her first goal before anything else.

She had no clue achieving this goal would decide to turn her life upside-down, like a see-saw.

Evie

"Mama! Is it okay if I take a walk around this block? Woah, that rhymed so well.."

A lady wearing a baby pink apron, who was busy moving and organizing various items in the kitchen, on hearing a little voice from behind her back, she turned around in an angle of one hundred and eighty degrees to face the speaker.

On spotting little evie, her lips bent into a polite curve to reveal a delightful smile. It was a genuine smile in front of a youngster, which Evie couldn't help but smile back to; soon her mother responded.

"Sure can, sweetheart. We're going to live here from now on so go ahead, take a good look around and get familiar. But, don't cause any troubles to the neighborhood. Also, don't get too far from sight, 'kay?"

After processing the do's and dont's as explained by her mother to herself, she gave her a cheeky smile and nodded her head, ensuring she won't cause any disturbances and will stay loyal to her mother's words.

"I will keep that in mind! Mom, now I will be taking my leave."

Evie raises her right little palm to wave her a bye. This departure of her felt more like a goodbye, well, that's what her mother's guts were apprising her.

She soon shrugged it off and continued organizing while dusting some utensils in that kitchen; though a strange moderate feeling decided to stay upon her ever since Evie left to explore.

She wasn't conscious about that feeling, but her subconscious mind was. It just didn't feel right.

Similar to pouring milk into a bowl before the cereal. It was right, but it wasn't proper.
