- A U R E L I A -
2 years later..."And action!"
The two main characters start the scene and I watch them.
Right now, I'm directing a movie that's starring Jenna Ortega and Anya Taylor-Joy. It's crazy to be working with big time celebrities like them. Since I wrote the movie, it's sapphic, which isn't a surprise.
I literally can't imagine being with a man ever again ever since I met Billie.
While you're here, let's catch up.
Billie and I got married over a year ago and things have been amazing. Tito was even in our wedding and it was the best day ever. Billie and I still talk to him all the time and he's one of my best friends. After I graduated college, I got an internship to help on a movie set, but I got recognized for my talent in the film industry, so here we are.
Everything is going perfectly in life.
Me and Bil are also aunts now! Tara and Sophia had a baby girl named Aloura and she's beautiful. My sister and sister in law were definitely made to her moms. They adore their daughter so much and it's so sweet.
I feel a tap on my shoulder and look behind me. "Mrs. O'Connell, your wife is on the phone. She says she needs you." My assistant whispers to me.
I sigh and shout "Cut! Let's take five."
The girls nods and walk off set for a minute. I take the phone from my assistant and thank her before walking into a different area.
"Babe, I'm working, what is it?"
"I'm sorry, baby. I just wanted to ask what you wanted for dinner tonight." Billie starts. "I just got finished recording for the day, so I have nothing else to do and I wanted to cook for you."
"Aw, baby, you're so sweet." I chuckle. "You can make whatever you want, I don't really care. I probably won't be home for a few more hours though."
"That's okay, mama. I miss you." She sighs. "I miss you more." I tell her. "I wanna see my pretty girl. I'm thinking about you a lot, baby." Billie says. "And the way you make me feel, and how you feel inside o-"
"Bil, I-" I gulp. "I have to go."
"You sure you don't wanna hear more?" She asks, her voice telling me she most definitely has a smirk on her face.
"Yes, I'm sure." I roll my eyes. "Baby, I want you so bad right now." She whines. "I'll- I'm gonna be home soon, I- I promise." I feel myself start to get flustered from her words, but I try to stop it.
"Make it quick, mama." Billie rasps. "I- I will." I scratch the back of my neck nervously. "I love you."
"I love you, baby."
"I'll call you on my way home." I tell her. "Okay, my love. I'll see you in a little while." She says. "Bye, baby."
"Bye, B."
I hang up the phone and walk back onto set and sit back down in my chair. "Rae, are you good?" My coworker asks. "Your face is super red. Do you have a fever?"
