I returned home with the bag of required stuff. I remember what happened at the shop. I cannot survive a day without being clumsy can I?
" Kya bat hai bada muskura rahi hai ap, Ishani ji?" Sonakshi asked in a teasing way
( What's the matter, you are smiling so much, Ishani ji. )
Wait what am I smiling? I went in front of the mirror and saw my cheeks were red, indicating I was smiling a while ago.
Well I will just ignore it
" Nothing, I am just happy, does that count?" She looked at me with boring expressions
" Not satisfied, but anyways, tell me have you brought ingredients?" She asked while I nodded my head.
" Great hand me" she extended her hand and I gave her the bag.
I was looking at the wet batter and went to strain dry ingredients when
"WHAT. THE. HELL. ISHANI? " She screamed almost tearing my ear drums.
"What" I asked in confusion.
" Fucking peanut Sauce and black coffee, that too with two sandwiches??"
She said while I widen my eyes in shock
Wtf?
" No way, I had bought maida and--" " You sure you were not drunk while buying these? We don't even like black coffee and peanut sauce? Ew!!"
Just then I heard a bang voice and--
" DARE TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT PEANUT SAUCE AGAIN." Um what? Aarush and Vansh?
" How dare you enter my house " Sonakshi marched towards them.
What, Her house? anyway-
"It's your house?" Vansh asked her, raising his brows.
" Um, not exactly but yes I'm one of them. " Sonakshi said politely realising the person in front of us.
"Um-- are you here because of what Ishani did that day? I'm sorry-" Sonakshi was panicking while I stood beside her looking at them
" Relax, it's just that our groceries got exchanged at the store" he said calmly.
He extended the bag towards me while making eye contact. I handed him his while taking mine.
" Hey again, ms. Coffee splash?" Aarush said looking at me. My ears surely are red due to embarrassment
" Shut up you rude ass. She did it only once and that too by mistake. Not like she did it twice or thrice deliberately"
Aarush smirked, ah she hit the wrong spot
" Oh, that means it was intentional, isn't it, because as per your friend if you do something twice, it's intentional" he was now literally staring into my soul. Before I could say something, Sonakshi bombarded me with questions.
