(14) meeting (y/n)'s Family

(y/n) p.o.v

we were on our way to my house in (country name) from the airport. me and hiro are sitting at the back, my cousin + manager linda seat on the passenger seat while my other manager, yukou drove.

i was looking at the window when suddenly i felt hiro tighten his grip on my hand. "hiro? is something wrong?" i lean on me so he can wrap his arms around me. 
he gulped "well, yeah, there is" he sigh "i don't know why am i feeling nervous about meeting your whole family" 

i giggled and hug him closer "relax hiro, besides, my parents accept you" i kissed his cheek "now to hear other's opinion, he..he" 

hiro's eyes went wide when he heard 'other' he slowly looked at me "uh..who's the 'other'?" 
"you know, my whole family will be there, including :aunts, uncles, grandparents."

"why do we need other's acceptance?"

"because both my parents are the youngest among their siblings, and they need their older sibling's opinions. i don't actually get it how it work, but i guess it's something like that?" i shrugged 
"ugh..fine. if it end up with me + you, i'll do anything" he sounded annoyed but he covered it with a small smile. i tackle him in a hug "thank you so much hiroo!! i love you" "sure thing, sweetheart" he hugged me back.

-skip at (y/n)'s house-

i open the door to my house to be greeted by my mom. "welcome home dear (y/n)" she hug me and kiss my cheeks "hello mother" i hug her back. my mom looked behind me to see hiro" "hello to you too hiro darlin. come in come in, you must be exhausted. i'll go get teas and cookies" my mom entered the house.

hiro whispered to my ear "why's your mother talking like royalty?"
i giggled "that's because since i was a kid, i liked to be treated like a princess, a good princess to be exact. so we start talking like one hehe"
hiro nod "that explain the weird accent that you used when you were 14. you talk like royalty"
i blushed "y-you still remember?"
he smirk "i remember everything about you, darling"
"ugh..j-just get inside the house"
he laugh a bit and followed me entering the house.

my managers, linda and yukou were going somewhere for other business. that's why they can't join.

me and hiro were sitting on a couch. inside the living room, all my family had gathered :aunts, uncles, grandparents, even my other cousins beside linda. i was happy seeing their happy faces and knowing everything will go just fine. hiro looked relaxed a bit too. nothing will go wrong right?

my mom came from the kitchen and put them on a table "so (y/n), are you going to introduce your boyfriend or what?" my mom said giggling a bit "oh yeah, right" i cleared my throat.

"family, this is hiro, hiro hamada" i gesture my hand to hiro and he bowed. i continued "he works at the biggest robot industry in san fransokyo, an-" 

"HE'S FROM OTHER COUNTRY?!!" i was cut off by one of my aunts, she stood up and shouted.
i suddenly got nervous when i looked at all of them. their faces before were happy and now it turn to be a frown, or you can say angry face. well except for my cousins, they look normal actually.

"uh, yeah? he's from San Fransokyo? what's wrong with that?" i questioned them and one of my uncle reply "WE. WILL NOT. ACCEPT. SOMEONE. FROM OTHER COUNTRY! ONLY (COUNTRY NAME)!" 

i gasped "b-but! w-why??!!" 
"because we don't trust them!" my uncle said and start dragging hiro out by his collar "h-hey!" hiro tried to struggle but my my other uncle came and help so hiro can't struggle anymore.
